    I purchased leads from this company expecting them to be viable leads. However, when I started calling the leads, they were disconnected one after the other. I reached out to ******* to let her know I wanted a FULL refund since she said I could get a full refund if I was not happy. She said it could take up to 14 days. It has been 23 days and very little communication from *******.

    On August 17, 2022, 1ST PRIORITY LEADS LLC sale representative ********************* reached out to me with a list of leads to purchase for my business. I mentioned to her that I was interested but that I may have to back out because of potential changes that were coming to my business. *********************, mentioned that I could have it all refunded minus a $50 processing fee if I didn't sign the contract. The charge for $850 was submitted and she followed up with the contract. I never signed the contract and within the week reached out to her to let her know that I wasn't moving forward and she said she would get the refund processed. Note that I never signed the contract and as a result never received the leads. They have been giving me the work around for months. I just was my refund. No service was delivered to me and yet they have kept my money since August of last year. I'm attaching correspondence that also includes screen shot of credit card transaction. I also have left ********************* and her supervisor ************************* countless voice messages since August of last year.

    I purchased a list of leads from this company. They assured me a money back guarantee if the list had no results and would replace any leads that were incorrect contact info on a 2 for 1 basis. I purchased several separate packages for a total of $1500. After going through 2 lists or about 400 contacts, we had over 80% wrong numbers, disconnected numbers, no longer in service numbers. I did not want to continue wasting time on these calls as they were going nowhere. We were not able to even speak with more than a handful of people. There was no positive results. As such, I went back and asked for the refund they promised. They are now refusing to refund the purchase price. This company is scamming people out of money. I am a man of my word and had there been anything positive that resulted from this, I would've let this go. But no one should be purchasing these if they are completely incorrect and have zero chance of success. We kept detailed records of our calls and provided this list to the company to show them the numbers that were wrong and disconnected. They still refused to refund. I'm including a PDF of one of the lists.

    I purchased a pack of leads to build my book of business. It was advertised these prospects are ready to make purchases right now. I was guaranteed that the numbers are valid, and that all names on the list were vetted. This is NOT the case. I have yet to make a sale, BUT more than anything, the contact information is incorrect. Some of the prospects are several years older than said on the list as well. I have reached out several times to try and get an answer and some resolution, but the company will not respond to me. ****************************, told me via phone call the order would be sent to me in 48 hours. When I called after that time was up, *************************, said the orders take 5 days. I called on day 5 and was told it would be there that day. The order did NOT arrive to me until day 6, middle of the night hours. I was told there were scripts that would come with the order. I had to call to get them as well. This company has done nothing but lie about their product and process. My initial contact was with them on 2/21. Several phone calls as well as emails were sent. I received the order on 3/2. After a phone call, the scripts were received later that same day. After a few phone call attempts about the validity of the list, an email was sent 3/9. There was no reply. Another email was sent 3/15. Again, there was no reply. I have dealt with *************************, and ****************************. Order confirmation #***** was originally sent to me for payment on 2/22. I returned 2/23. There are several declarations on the form that say the company is willing to work directly with consumer to rectify discrepancies. Several attempts have been made on my part, but the company will not reply. Liars like this are playing with people's livelihoods and careers. This is completely unacceptable.

    The company has a 30-day money back guarantee. I was approved and promised a refund originally on August 24th,2022. I've had correspondence several times asking for the refund and it's status. February ******* states again to let her find out. February 8, 2023 said the refund was approved and that a check will be mailed on March 1, 2023. I called today to advised that I haven't received a refund and she states again, let her check. It is the end of the day 7 months later and I still haven't received a refund.Please mail my refund check to **************************************************************.

    On January 18th, 2023, an email was sent in solicitation of 1st Priority Leads' to my work email. I in return made a call to inquire and after explanation of what was entailed with this, it seemed like a good deal, with no risk as if you were not able to capture any sales within 90 days, they would refund your money. Purchase of $550 for 251 leads was purchased via credit card that same day. Information was sent that I'd get a leads list for the geographic location I selected (within 30 miles of **************). I received those a few days later, with none of the 251 leads within that range. I was told I'd get a new list with names within that range, which didn't happen. In turn, I just asked for a refund. Had to ask several times and would get either no response or limited response. Still to this DAY (February 28, 2023) I have not received the refund I was told was "processing" as of 2/6/23. I checked in again last week on 2/21/23 to find out where my refund processing is - no response. If I don't get my money back, I'm not wasting my time trying to get it. I just write this off as a loss and a stupid mistake on my part. I just want others to know that this company is a scam and not to waste your time or money on them.Of the files attached, the copy of the *********************** list shows up spread out as it saved from Xcel to PDF. All you need to do is ****** ******, ** to any of the towns listed on there, you'll find out none of them are within the 30 mile agreed radius.

    I purchased a lead list from 1st Priority from ************************* in September 16th 2022. I spoke with her over the phone She told me that these were great leads and very fresh. She said that if the leads are not fresh and have incorrect phone numbers or emails that they would send me a refund which is on the contract that she would email me to sign. She then emailed me the contract to sign it and email it back to her which I did. I have attached that contract for you. I called through all the leads and over half the leads I purchased had incorrect phone numbers and email addresses. I emailed her on 9/30/2022 to demand a refund. She didnt respond to me by email so I called her. She said in order to send me a refund I would need to send the excel sheet back to her with showing which numbers were incorrect as proof and then I would get a refund. I called her right afterwards and she said I was correct and that I will be receiving a refund. She said the refund check would get to me in 10 days. After not receiving the check I called her again and she said the refund checks only go out once a month so mine would be sent on November 1st 2022. I reached back out to her on 11/22/22 by email again because I never received the refund. She didnt respond via email. I then called her and she said she would have the check overnighted to me. I did not receive that check as they did not over night it to me. I then emailed her a couple more times asking where the refund check was and she would not respond or call me back. I finally got a hold of her on December 1st. She said she was going to overnight the check again to me and send me the tracking number. I stayed on the phone with her the entire time while she said she was getting into her car to bring it to *** to mail it and that she would email me the tracking number. That afternoon I emailed her again because she never sent me the tracking number.

    The Contact person ***************************** from 1st Priority contacted me for providing me ************** Leads and ************************************************ she sent the quote, I reached out to ensure that the leads she provides are genuine and well researched. She agreed to it and said these are guaranteed leads and these are not shared with other Insurance Agents.I paid $900.00 for two separate lists of contacts, one for ************** and another for roll-over contacts, and which are supposedly well vetted.I paid this on January 9th 2023 using my Credit Card. I have the quote and the payment confirmation.She sent the 1st set of leads (************** prospects) within a couple of days after a couple of follow **** And I started calling the people listed from the contacts sent to me. After 30 dials, which were mostly disconnected numbers or non-existing numbers, I called ************** and asked to refund my money ($900.00). She asked me to send the dialed log, which I did and thereafter she went silent completely. Doesn't answer my phones anymore and doesn't respond to my emails.This is "complete Fraud" and don't know how many must have become a victim to this scam!!I have complained to the credit card company and they have reversed the transaction on the condition that they will reach out to *****************************/ 1st Priority to get her version of the complaint. I think there is until end of March 2023 for 1st Priority to respond to Credit card company. I wanted to reach out to BBB to make sure this company doesn't defraud other innocent/ gullible folks like me and suffer monetarily and psychologically.If there is any additional information required please do not hesitate to reach me.

    I paid $775.00 for what was promised to be the phone numbers of people who had asked for life insurance or ********* I contacted all six hundred people on the list and not a SINGLE ONE of them had requested anything of the sort. Most of the phone numbers were disconnected or not in service. I have attached the list received. Go ahead and try calling to verify my claims.All of the ******** leads are too young to be eligible for ******** (they have to be 65 or older). I informed them of this as soon as I got the list and they promised to replace them. They never did replace them even after many follow-**** They also promised to replace any bad leads, which was also a lie.I did work the list as you can see, and I submitted the detailed call log, but they refused to refund my money.Bank of America initially declined the payment as a protection against fraud. I had to call to ask them to process the payment. I wish I had listened because after I received the defective product, I realized it is indeed a fraudulent company. It was garbage, bad information, that they lied to me about. This company is a scam. They never gave me what they promised. They never responded when I tried to get my guarantee and my money back.
