    I purchased a washing machine on June 16 from this gentleman it only had it had a 30 day warranty. It only lasted less than two weeks he offered to swap me another dryer telling me it was better than the first one even trade so he came. He swap them out. I had nothing but problems with the power switch on this particular washing machine but I dealt with it then the machine quit working altogether. It locked a load of my laundry inside it which molded stinking my house up. I contacted him on 3 July telling him about it. He told me he would contact me on the fourth and come get the washing machine and give me my money back , the fourth came and went he never showed up. I figured it was a holiday so I contacted him on the fifth asked him if he was coming to pick up the washer and refund my money. He simply said no he sent me a video telling me how to fix the washing machine I followed the video step-by-step . It did nothing to no avail. The machine still did not work. I told him about my moldy laundry I told him I had to spend 50+ dollars having to go to the laundromat he didnt seem to care. He told me bring it back where you got it from and Ill refund your I have never been to his place of business. He deliver both washing machines to me and besides, I have no means to deliver it. I have no truck. I have a ********** beetle and he knows this all I want is for him to come and get the multi washing machine and give me my $300 back and I forgot to add in the transaction the original one I gave him a dryer they had over $60 of brand new parts in it, Im hoping you guys can help me

    In response to your letter dated 7/21/2023, I apologize for not responding sooner. I havent talked to the customer yet but am planning to. I would like to resolve this issue and I am thinking about the way to go about it. My thoughts are that there are customers who damage the products they purchase either by neglect or lack of knowledge on how to operate any particular machine. Although I do show each customer how to operate the machine(s) they have purchased it is their responsibility to further train themselves. There are also customers who mistakenly damage their products and ask for a replacement. That is why there is a warranty. I dont know if either of these scenarios can explain what happened here but I do know based on experience that the odds of this happening this many times are almost non existent. I am committed to finding an amiable and fair resolution to this and as quickly as possible. Either myself or another person plan on contacting this customer and future customers if the need should arise. I am looking into ways we can educate the customer to the proper use of these machines. I also plan to provide some informational literature with both the receipt and a tag that is attached to the machine.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    He has made no attempt to contact me. I have multiple emails telling me that he will come and get the washing machine and give me my money back but he has yet to do so. I explained how that what was going on with the washer. It wasnt ringing the close out. How is that my fault an error of not being able to run a washing machine I bought another washing machine so now I have spent another $300 from another company just so I can wash my clothes. All I want is my money back and for him to come get his machine like he said he would if he does not, then I will blast his name and the emails all over the place.
