    Upgraded my daughters phone to the Gabb 4 Pro. Got the phone, activated it and 3 days later (11/9/2024) the screen went black. Tech determined phone is defective and okd a replacement. 1.5 weeks later , no shipment, no tracking no phone ( but am paying!!!) called , they said **** canceled the order. Nobody knows why! Reorder put in on 11/20/2024. No tracking, no shipment. Got an Order number and was told to contact ****** ( shipper). Not sure why, as I ordered through Gabb! ****** said the 6 digit order number is invalid, as they use 16 digits and cant help. Emailed 4 times in the meantime on what to do, as the plan was cancelled by me. They said they cant refund my monthly payment until I send the new phone back, which I have never gotten. I spent hours on the phone, chat and email with them with no help at all. I am out the money and have not received the phone!

    I used to have service with this company a few years back, but we moved across country 7 months ago. During that time, the device was misplaced in our belongings between 2 vehicles and a uhaul. It was on a contract, so locating the device 7 months later, the account was expired and couldn't be reactivated. I paid off the contract fees and balance, wiped & resold the device, as there was a new model. But they claimed they "couldn't" delete the account, so I changed the email address to an old email and I ordered the new model with my current email address. It was fine. We had service for a month and a half or so, we could log in just fine to either account, and it was fine. Until this month, when the payment never went through and I couldn't log in to check why. The service got cut off and it claimed the account or pw was invalid. It allowed me to go through the motions of resetting the pw, only to say the same error. Their site is terribly built, but their mobile site is FAR WORSE. They don't list contact for the company. The site even says "live chat day or night" and doesn't allow for night live chat. It took 2 wks to get ahold of support via their chat. They claimed I "requested the account be closed." I did not! We were using it! They claimed my old account was my current email, and vice versa. They claimed the emails couldn't ever be changed, and CAN'T ever be changed, and that they can't delete an account. This makes zero sense! They were JUST FINE before for a month and a half! They finally got me logged back in under the OLD email I have NO incoming mail access to. They refuse to fix it. Now the next invoice is paid, but we still have NO service. The site simply says contact to reactivate, but it's still deactivated. At this point, I'm looking to dispute the charge and resell this device. NOTHING is worth this mess! ALSO, the call logs show some unknown number 3 times in **************, which is NOT AN APPROVED CONTACT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

    I have since updated that the company did finally get me in touch with actual Gabb representatives, not just their outsourced livechat company. I’m happy to provide an update, but I need this either marked as resolved or closed.

    I purchased a Gabb phone 3 in May ************************************************************* my account I have contacted the company numerous times between July and present and the phone I just bought is still Showing inactive

    I filled out the refund request form on the website within 15 days of purchase, per the provided refund policy, when we found out the device is defective and dangerous (sends texts to strangers who were able to respond). The company has not responded and does not have any phone number or email address to contact for support.

    Per their instructions online I filled out the request to cancel service. They say it takes 7-9 days to complete. I received an invoice stating I was going to be charged for another month so I chatted in. They advised theyre behind on processing cancellations but that they can take care of it for me today. However, theres no way to stop the billing and my card will be charged but it should correct itself the next billing cycle where the charge will be prorated and Ill get a refund. It is absolutely unacceptable that they are behind on processing cancellations but still charge people. Our contract is over and we have been month to month & claim that there there was no cancellation notice necessary. I do not want to be charged for a month of service because they are behind. Now I have to deal with it again next month and make sure Im refunded & if not I will have to chat in again because its virtually impossible to get through to someone via phone. Terrible customer service. They are essentially stealing.

    We are paying for a phone warranty for each of our childrens phone lines that is supposed to cover replacement of the phone in case of water damage, drop, phone not working as a few examples. Our daughter has been without a phone for several weeks because it is so hard to request a replacement. They confirmed we have the warranty but said since they do not have that same phone available that they will not replace my daughters phone. They want me to pay for part of the replacement even though the warranty is supposed to cover her replacement phone. They were supposed to have a manager call me back but never did. She is still without her phone that we are paying for. I am highly disappointed in this company. To not honor their warranty is ridiculous.

    My daughter has a watch with Gabb wireless. They've promised that as long as the battery is not dead, the app will allow you to locate the watch and essentially your child at any time. My daughter's watch went missing with 37% battery remaining on April 17th. The app continues to say to this day August 12th. The watch still has 37% battery remaining. We were unable to get the app to update the location of the watch at any point in time between these two dates. The watch and app are not working as intended and this has caused the watch to be lost. If the app were working as it should, we would have been able to locate the watch immediately. While this is annoying as the watches are not cheap, this is pretty scary that gab wireless has given my family a false sense of security that we will be able to locate our child whenever necessary.

    I have been trying to cancel my account since last February 2024 and no matter how many times I cancel it through online account, email or call, nothing gets done. I have called many times and they keep on telling me I have to do it online or a representative will call me and they just dont. I am being charged monthly fee for the services I dont use.

    I got my daughter a new gabb phone in 2022. We are on a contract, but the phone we received has been giving us problems since we got it. It doesnt stay charged at all, and my daughter cant use it. *** tried to get it rectified through the company, but it still doesnt work. We only have 4 months left on the contract. I just want the contract ended, service canceled , so I can get my daughter a phone that actually works

    Gabb wireless charged me a $120 early termination fee, even after I had explained to them that I bought and returned 3 Gabb watches because each of them would not work properly and I was never able to take advantage of the services offered. While I paid all monthly payments and was not in default even though the watches never worked properly (and while I waited for replacements), they still refused to waive the early termination fee. The issues with the watches, including sporadic service, became a safety issue as our child was not able to communicate with us and the tracking device did not work properly.
