    There FAQ page and support is dated and incorrect. Upon upgrading, and trying to activate a new device, it fails to do so because I dont have an active plan This is false, I pay $20/month and am completely up to date. In fact, I had to sign up for a new plan just to upgrade the device. So thats a lie. Additionally, there is no way to add a Gabb ordered device if it isnt appearing on your account. **************** hours are unacceptable and the time to respond when they are in office is painfully slow.

    Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They kept charging me money months after I cancelled due to my grandson losing his watch. When I message them since they dont answer the phone they claimed I called & approved the payment. It never happened & I asked for proof they send me a modified call log that said -1 no date time or anything then I asked to speak to manager and they declined. Horrible!

    They are a very unprofessional company there is no number to call to talk to a real person they take months to reply to your emails and then they charge you outrageous service fees for their delay and they go against everything they say they will do for you. I do not recommend this company for anybody they are a scam.

    Worst product, teribly run company, zero support. Look elsewhere. Would rate as 0 star if I could. Does not deserve any type of accreditation or accolades. Look forward to the day **** goes away for good.

    Gabb wireless watch worked initially, however, the *** and calling would stop working after a week. The only way we could get it working again was to factory reset the device. That wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for the coin based rewards program set up for doing chores around the house. Factory reseting meant that all those coins my child saved up for the little pets on the device they could play with were lost every time, and my child quickly lost motivation.After a few months of needing to factory reset the watch weekly, we found a new cell service that actually works. I then tried canceling ************ with their online form. Found out through bank statements I was still being charged, so I canceled again. I attempted to cancel 6 times and contact customer service via email and phone with no response. It took me getting a new bank card to not be charged for a service that never worked for us. Completely ridiculous. I haven't used this service in two years and I still get emails and texts from Gabb Wireless even after opting out multiple times. Get your act together and do better. Parents depend on a good cell service for their children.

    If I can give 0 stars I would.Watch worked kind ok for an 8 year old tho not at all user friendly and service was spotty. In addition -cellular sevice cost is rediculous (2x that of iWatch) and customer service SUCKS! I spent 3 days, 7 emails back&forth and 30+ min on the phone and ended up canceling the service. ONLY to find out that you will owe them money if you cancel before 2 years - which was in none of their communication btw, I saved EVERY email. So buyer beware. Paid $80 just to get the h*** away from them.

    The product was faulty (we went through two different watches). We would wait for a long time to talk to customer service, then end up resetting the watches over and over, customer service often seemed unsure of what to do other than this. After months of this (during which we were only able to use the product a handful of days) it was hard to cancel.

    Horrible customer service (nearly impossible to reach a person, they DON'T TAKE CALLS), the device never worked, it was difficult to get a refund, and two months later, they started billing me again! They don't even deserve one star. Worthless product, abysmal service. Probably a scam. Avoid at all costs.

    I have never been so unhappy with a company in my life. It is nearly impossible to get customer service on the phone. They sent me 2 defective watches in December and did not give me a refund. The watches showed my boys were home and they were clearly at school. It is junk. They also charged me an extra month when I had already cancelled, and they refunded my money less $10.00 in taxes. I have never not been given my full refund. They don't care. If a product is defective wouldn't you offer to refund their money? Poor customer service.
