    They deserve ZERO stars. This company is a joke. I was never very impressed with the Gabb watches so when I wanted to cancel my account on Feb ****** I tried logging in to my account online. It says my email is invalid even though its the same email I used to sign up with Gabb as well as the same email Im getting monthly invoices from them. I tried changing my password several times, it looks like it was accepted and went through however, I cant ever login and it still says invalid email. So I tried to call them the automated recording says, "theyre experiencing higher than normal call **************** not taking calls at this time." I used their chat feature and after about 45 minutes, the agent I was working with said my account was cancelled.Imagine my surprise today 2/23/2024 when I received a bill for $40.39. Looks like they never actually cancelled my account. I tried calling again but its the same issue. Theyre not taking calls (what business wont take calls from their customers!!?) I have tried the chat feature and havent been able to get anyone to text me back. I cant cancel my account!! They will not help.Save your money and a massive headache - dont do business with this company!!

    Absolutely awful! I have had 3 Gabb watches and a phone since November. 2023! They have all been unreliable, tracking will stop working, texts wont go through, and internet stops working. All customer service says is that it isnt a common issue and technical support is working on it. BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING. I even provided them proof of other reviews of people having the same issue and they still say it isnt normal. NO ONE should purchase from this company, they are SCAMMERS

    I have used Gabb for the last 6 years. While I like the features, the customer service is atrocious. I I have been overbilled for months and can't get them to change my bill or refund me the money. I followed all of the directions to cancel the phone line and they are still charging me months later. Every time I ask to cancel the phone line they refer me to the same form that they clearly don't use.

    Gabb is a complete scam. I have had 7 Gabb 3 watches in two months and they all do the same thing, they don't work as the company promises. The gps location is never accurate. The watch will randomly turn off and have different issues every other day. When you try and call the company they say they are too busy with calls and they hang up on you. The only way to talk to them is on chat and they just tell you the same thing- to factory reset the watch. I have paid for two watches for two months without them working properly and they told me that I have to pay 150 dollars per nonworking watch to cancel my contract. I wouldn't even give them one star. They will be held liable when a kid goes missing with a Gabb3 watch and they can't locate them because the watch gps doesn't work.

    I do not recommend anyone purchase Gabb products or use their services. I ordered two Gabb 3 watches, one Gabb 3 Pro phone, one phone case, screen protectors for the phone and watches, & an additional watch band. The phone case never arrived, although I paid for it. After multiple interactions with ***** customer service, I still have not received the case. One of the charging cables for the watch did not work. **************** sent me a new one. The products are unreliable: e.g., the watches consistently fail to send or receive calls. The voice-to-text feature is non-functional. The step-tracking feature is highly inaccurate. The location tracking feature is unreliable. My ******** attempted to call, ************* with customer service, but either never received a response or received an automatic reply stating that "Gabb Experts" were at capacity. We received a generic email from the *** stating that their support systems were overwhelmed & that many customers have had a negative experience trying to get in touch with us. Despite this acknowledgment, **** has refused to take responsibility. We made several requests for a refund. However, **** rejected our requests since we were past the return period. We were told that we would have to go through tech support to confirm that our devices were not working in order to approve a late return. This was communicated without acknowledging ***** failure to deliver quality service in a timely fashion. At this point, requiring us to troubleshoot our problems is unreasonable. We made multiple good-faith efforts to rectify our issues, while Gabb failed to deliver reliable products and customer service. While I have repeatedly asked for a refund, **** has refused my requests. Their poor-quality products, unreliable control processes, and difficult-to-reach customer service have made for an entirely unsatisfactory experience. My recommendation: do not purchase Gabb products.

    Bought a GABB 3 watch through Amazon activated the service paid 47.20$ then could never connect to the network Returned th watch to amazon ... we got refuned in no time for the amount we piad the watch. However,**** still did not refund us and billed us an extra $6.82 for prorated monthly bill...This is not good

    Terrible customer service. I have been trying to cancel my line (I do not have a contract) for over two months and keep getting charged. No one is available to help. **************** phone number has a recording that says they are too busy to help anyone. Chat feature is useless. No one will assist. Do not get your kids a phone from this company.

    Horrible company. My sons phone rarely worked. The *** tracking only worked occasionally. I tried to cancel for over three months. Through chat, email and filled out the form on their website twice. I emailed over 6 times with no response back. Finally got an email today saying my account was cancelled. Never mind that Ive been charged for MONTHS for a service we couldnt use that Ive been trying to cancel.

    can't get anyone to respond to my request to activate a phone. Horrible customer service.. I don't know if the company was sold or what is going on, but it's been awful lately. I would never recommend.

    everything about this company is awful...support, devices. do not use!! the watches were not reliable in locating my children and would die within hours. I tried to return them and it took over 5 hours to get through to someone on chat just to not get anywhere with them. they are cheating people out of hundreds of dollars and could care less. it's awful. I wish I had seen these other reviews before purchasing
