    Gabb is a scam. Pay for the phone but never signed the contract. Cannot reach customer services to cancel or resolve issue. They are scamming you into paying high fee contract phone without you even know it. Make sure to ask for a signed contract. Gabb Wireless is a scam.

    I bought the Gabb phone about 4 months ago. It worked for the first month. The it stopped working because **** stated that I did not pay the bill. I was set up on automatic payment plan, and all the payments continued to be taken out on a monthly basis. Despite that the phone was disconnected. My efforts to contact customer support were futile. The phone message states they are unable to take a call at all due to excessive call volume, they suggest chat function, and the chat function states that I am trying to reach them outside business hours despite doing in in the correct time slot. It looks to me that the company is in a serious trouble, and it is a shame because the idea is a very good one. I am very frustrated because at this point I am paying for the last three months for the service that I don't receive.

    So sad, the customer service was horrible. First, our device self combusted and they had to send us a replacement. Next my daughter's phone completely lost service and wasn't working to send or receive calls or texts. Tried to call and you get a pre-recorded message stating that they are too busy to take our call. Tried to send a message and that was lost somehow. I decided I wanted to cancel the service because the whole situation was ridiculous. Couldn't do it through my online portal, it has to be done on the phone but they are only receiving calls from NEW customers. Big mistake for them. *****, they are going to lose a lot of customers because of this.Train more customer service agents if you are going to have massive Christmas deals.

    Horrible customer service. Paying for a phone that has issues and can't get through to talk to anyone for 3 days now. Emailed twice. No response. The worst. Total rip off.

    I have to give them a 1 star to say anything about gabb. I would give them 0 stars. We have had nothing but problems with this company. I **** not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a phone. We have tried to cancel our service for at least 10 months and being charged monthly for bad service. ??

    Absolutely awful return policy - they will take a 50 dollar restocking fee on ANY return, even if the amount is less than 75 dollars. Avoid purchasing from them directly - its much easier to deal with Amazon.

    Utter trash. Watch took two hours to set up, including one super unhelpful online chat session. Eventually I had to figure it out myself, which took the rest of the day. Now, one day later, it won't send or receive texts, or make or receive calls. All it does is play silly noises and games. Been sitting on hold on both the phone text support and the online chat now for forty minutes with no help. **********************. Wish I'd checked here first before I wasted mine.

    Got a watch from them last year from the school special. Watch was free and service was cheap. Watch worked for about a month before it died. Wont charge, nothing. **************** tried fixing it once by re-provisioning the line. That didnt help. After that, customer service stopped responding all together. Left with a watch that doesnt work. They kept trying to bill though, had to cancel my card to get them to stop. Awful company with zero customer service. After reading reviews, this seems to be the common theme with this company.

    Customer service is awful. They claimed I signed up for 2 year contract. Wanted me to pay cancellation fee plus tax which they couldn't calculate properly. Asked about the prorated credit before I the final bill and the rep couldn't answer that. He stated he had to ask the billing department who he could't transfer me to.

    Please do not sign up for this. Buyer beware

    Really bad customer service! The phone isn't worth what you have to pay for - my son's phone only lasted a few months and would no longer make outgoing calls. Only receives incoming calls. I tried to order a new one, the website says the phone is free with a 2 year contract. I was told I was wrong and the phone costs over $100, which isn't worth it for a phone that works a few months!
