On November 16, 2018, BBB contacted this company in regards to their website claim,
"biodegradable, nontoxic" for their products, Amazing Concentrate and Bio Conqueror 105.
According to the BBB Code of Advertising, non-toxic claims likely convey that a product, package or service is non-toxic both for humans and for the environment generally. Thus, advertisers must either possess competent and reliable scientific evidence that this is the case or clearly and conspicuously qualify the claim to avoid confusion.
As a result, BBB asked the company to provide further information that supports their non-toxic claim. To date, the BBB has not received a response to our requests for substantiation.
