    I purchased a headstone for my mother on 3/4/23. I paid the deposit by check and the check went through my bank on 3/7/23. Today is 8/7/2024 and the stone is NOT set up. I have contacted *** several times. She is blaming the ****** of the cemetery, ****. Today she said she tried to call him yesterday, and when I asked her to confirm the phone number, she read back the wrong area code. I have been in contact with him and he is now emailing me the email exchanges between himself and ***. It is clear that he confirmed my purchase mom's plot in August 2023 and he clearly gave them the correct phone number. I have called them multiple times and they tell me they are trying to contact him. I can see in June 2024 he sent them an email with plot directions and that he had marked it with orange flags with my mom's name. They did not show up

    Good morning, we worked with the ****** of the cemetery to resolve the questions we had on placement, and the families memorial was installed on August 26, 2024.   We also refunded and removed two custom vases that the family decided they did not like after they were installed.  We believe we have resolved all of the families concerns at this point

    My father purchased a stone from this company in 2022. Took longer to get stone since it came from overseas. Was told the stone would be in ********* Nov 2023. In Nov ****************************************************** It was and was told the stone would be place Nov 11 **************** ****** **. Mon Nov 13 I called because no stone place.. They had an issue with the plot I resolved that issue that day. Called again Nov 16th very aggitated at this point. Was told the stone would get placed the following week Week of Nov 20, we waited through Nov 25th. My husband went in face to face.. He was told stone would be placed Nov 29th. Since today is Nov 29 checked at 1:30 still no stone down.. Now mind you my father ordered this after his wife passed.. They had also let it slip in the phone conversation they had had the stone for 4 months which mean sometime in August they received the stone with no call to my father. We just want the stone put down.

    We apologized to the family for the delay in this memorial.  It turns out that our sales person had mis-spelled a name on this memorial, so we remade the memorial at our expense to ensure it was correct.  The memorial with all correct spelling has been installed at the cemetery and the order completed.  This is not who we are as a company, and we were upset by this family's experience to the point that we completely changed our manager and sales staff in the office. 

    We did not initially receive this complaint from the BBB and have updated our contact information to ensure any possible communications are not delayed in the future.
