My wife and I gave Concept of **** Hearing our Insurance info. They said they contacted them, and we could each get $1500 towards hearing aids. In addition, we have a Health Reimbursement Account with $8557.93 in it ready to use. We must get the $3000 insurance before we can apply for the $8557.93. We went for testing and hearing aids on April 12th. Had another appointment after that to have them adjusted. 4 months later, they have not gotten this submitted to our insurance. I've been after them for a couple months. First the billing person told me and the insurance company that her system wasn't working. She said that she tried faxing it and sending express mail. Our ***************** said that wasn't the right way to do it. We have an advocacy group through our ***************** ********************* They send us emails that say they keep trying to get it taken care of, but Concept does not answer. I can call many numbers up to 20 times before getting an answer from one of their other offices. I just get promised all these return calls that never come. On Friday the billing person claimed to be on the phone with ****************** and would call me back when she got done. Never did plus we got another email later that day from our advocates that she hasn't contacted them. Nothing but lies. I'm disabled and trying to pay $350 a month to the credit company they set us up with. If I'm late, they will charge me almost 30% interest. It's about a 2 hour drive for me to get to their home office. I asked a week ago for them to just send me the info I need for our insurance company. I was promised they would send it right out. They didn't. I was promised a call from the guy who saw us. He didn't call back. I tried the office in ******* **** where we went. They don't answer our get back to me. They won't answer our questions. We need help. Thank-you

We were in touch with ********************* and provided the back up documentation and proof that we had in deed submitted the information. His response is attached to this email and we were advised he would take if from there on following up with this insurance.

We show this complaint was filed on 8-8 and on 8-9 was when we received the correspondence back from him.

Please advise if there is further information and I can also attach the claims, the online submission confirmation and the printouts that were provided to him as part of the correspondence referenced in the attached email.

      Thank you,
