    Eric and his crew installed 2 exterior doors. Will say Eric was incredibly kind and easy to talk with. The door installs were bad. He never returned to finish the job. The front entry door leaked air fiercely, door knob/locks frosted over, and we could not get the door to close correctly during a blizzard. The door was not square. Eric wanted to cut the bottom of the door off at an angle instead of squaring up the door/frame. We hired a different contractor who removed the doors and foam spray, finding no shims and no caulking. Door re-install completed by new contractor was successful. Eric did not respond to text nor email sent. He took the money and did not return to square up the door. Really disappointed.
