    DP installed a new faucet to replace an old faucet.DP requested us to pick a style/model they provided us They provided the faucet/equipment and the service technician installed brand new faucet into our sink connected to our vanity.According to the second *********** Who came to do the repair because I called and told them we had a leak, the new faucet DP installed failed, leaking water causing water damage, which ruined the veneers on the vanity.We requested a full refund and DP Plumbing ignored us for over a week!We now have to get estimates for total update and replacement costs of vanity which involves construction and demolition to remove the vanity and that involves the walls and the plumbing!A verbal conversation is legally binding ; their service technician stated that the new faucet equipment failed; he took the equipment with him; we are prepared to serve subpoenas to employees and get depositions, if this goes to small claims court ; to recoup our losses and to pay for the repairs.We have a dry home; professional inspection report states this 2024!Dp Plumbing is in the wrong. DP Plumbing caused all of this with the initial installation of a new faucet they provided!DP needs to make this right!We will accept full payment for all repairs.
