    On November 13th I had this business come to my home to grind and clear coat my basement floor. They had told me that we would see the imperfections in the concrete and we understood that. When I returned home that night to see the job they had done I was very upset. The imperfections we could see were from them not grinding the floor correctly. I contacted them 2 days later on Friday to discuss the issue and I was told that's what it's going to look like because of the different hardness of the concrete. When i pointed out the fact that the imperfections changed direction with the sander they used so that has nothing to do with concrete hardness, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I informed them that that is not correct and I also informed them that I had an outside contractor look at the floor and he told me the floor is not correct, likely not going to last and should not be left this way. They said they would call me back and I heard nothing from them for close to a month even after I sent them multiple messages. When they finally did contact me back I was told that they stand behind their work and that is that. I have received a bill from them for $5414.20 but I have not paid it. I would like my floor done correctly but now that they coated it, it will cost twice as much to fix. I dont belive I should have to pay for this.
