    I started working with ************************* on January 18, 2022. One of the things I ordered was custom bedding (bedspread and pillows). As of December 19, 2022, I have not received the bedding. They have offered several excuses for the delay. ****** called me late October and said the bedding would be ready by Thanksgiving. I did not receive it and they did not let me know what the hold up was. Now they won't answer my phone calls or answer the email I sent to them on December 15,2022. Since the project has not been completed, I would like to return the two (2) side tables and the two (2) lamps and the remainder of the bedding that was ordered wrong. I do not expect to pay a restocking fee for any of this.

    I was able to speak with the client to resolve the situation.. Please note that he project was actually phased in, and while we started working on the furniture for the  bedroom in January, the custom bedding was not decided upon until the end of July. As with everything supply chain related,  the fabric selected was on back ordered until September which delayed the start of the construction/assembly of the bedding.  After the local seamstress received the material,  she fell ill and was not able to complete the project in the time initially expected.  There was a follow up conversation with our client on December 6th regarding the situation and options presented. The client said that she was angry at the time she wrote the complaint, to which I understand her frustration. Since that time, we have refunded the client for the bedding and the lamps. This was an unfortunate situation.
