    Very very bad experience. Wish I could give 0 star.
    I ordered one push mower in July, 2022 from Brand New Engines Inc. website. I received the package one week later and assembled by following the instructions. Then I filled it up with engine oil which came with the package and the fresh gas, but it just won't start at all. I tried many many times in two days, totaling about 4 hours, but still cannot get it started. I also asked my neighbor to have a look. He cannot start it either. I followed the all instructions but it won't start. It seemly there is no gas could be primed and no spark when pulling the starter line. It must be a defective product. I then contacted the customer service to try to return it for several times. They kept saying they cannot accept the return due to I already filled the engine oil. They said it would be warranty if cannot start. They provided me with MTD mower warranty service center. I took mower to there. The service center said the mower was a 2019 product (already THREE years old), which is obviously an obsolete inventory.
    They found the carburetor was clogged and they fixed that. But since no parts were replaced, they refused to file warranty claim. So I had to pay $43 for the service to get the mower back.
    They sent me an aged and defective product which doesn’t work at all if without service. But they don’t let me return and they don’t want to take the responsibility for fixing the issue. It caused me so inconvenient for this issue. What a rip off from this merchandise. I would never back to this site again.
