On March 1, 2016 BBB contacted this company regarding their web claim, "Your computer working as well or better than new! Guaranteed."
According to the BBB Code of Advertising, when using the term "guaranteed" any material limitations or conditions that apply to the guarantee must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed.
BBB asked for information as to whether or not there are any terms or conditions to the company's repair guarantee and if so, to include those conditions on the website.
To date, the company has not addressed this issue brought to their attention.
