    We recently visited the Costco in *************** to use a $500 digital gift card we received for the upcoming holiday. However, both the cashier and supervisor refused to process our purchase, claiming that a physical gift card was required. This was frustrating, especially since Costcos website explicitly states that ***** cards can be accessed via phone or a printed copy.If digital gift cards are being sold, why arent they honored as described in your policy? This experience was disappointing and inconvenient. Please clarify or resolve this issue to prevent further confusion.

    I just went to have two tires changed, and the tires were ordered. I scheduled an appointment the day after it arrived, and then I was told that I needed four tires. The claimed that my Mecedes C250 coupe 2015 is an all wheel drive. Accordingly, they refused to replace only two tires, so I got a refund. It is unfortunate that their workers were incompetent.
