    Reserved 8/15/2024 - 8/24/2024 From checkin to checkout my stay was a nightmare. The checkin is done remotely. No staff present onsite to address problems. When I arrived at my room, the unique door code provided by text did not work. After notifying them they sent me a series of new codes that did not work. Finally, after some time, they decided to send a remote signal to the door which then opened. The floors were filthy and appeared to not have been mopped for some time. The following morning, I left to visit my sister whod been flown to ******* with heart problems and was in *** at ***************. After returning to the room, I entered the last code given to me and it did not work. I again called the given phone number to report that I was again denied access to the room because the code did not work. Again they gave me a series of codes sent by text that did not work. And again, it took an extended period of time before they decided to send a signal to the door remotely that did nit work in the first try. After a second try, the door opened. The next morning I departed for the hospital and later returned. Again, the last code given did not work. After about an hour and thirty minutes, a handyman arrived and took the door apart, changed the batteries and the door code was tried and it worked fine a couple of times. Later, I left and return after some time and the code no longer worked. I was then told I was being moved to a new room from 113 to 125 and given a remote unique door code and it too did not work. I was again give a series of codes to try to open the door but they did not work. Fortunately, I video taped every occurr the door did not work using all the codes theyd given me to prove the doors doors key pad denied entry. By this time, the stress of the situation with my sisters hear attack and dealing with the ineptness of the remote facilitys staff, had gotten to be too much. I then vacated the room and was denied a full refund.

    Found tobacco (chew) and spit in the floor and bedside table. They advertised a continental breakfast but there was none. Refused to provide a receipt upon check out. Sheets and towels were dirty and shampoo was from a Quality Inn Suites and previously used. Pool was out of commission. Water pressure in shower was dismal. Sink faucet was stuck off, had to pry to turn on. Carpets have not been vacuumed in ages. Stains on the walls. Very unprofessional front desk.
