      I ordered online groceries from Vons October 16 2023 I usually always online grocery shop this day a door dasher delivered my groceries to a unknown apartment the next day they tried to deliver only to deliver to the wrong address again so i contacted customer service just to get a refund because at that point i was over the rude people and waiting for groceries this whole time Ive been waiting for a refund calling customer support over and over even going to the actual grocery store still no help everyone is rude and very unprofessional I have two kids and we basically had to go with out because of this situation

      I purchased 2 packages **************** kcups for $33.99/each. I tried to return them yesterday to the Vons on ******************** in ********. The 2 employees told me that they cant refund them at the time I was there that only a manager can do it the next morning because it was an online or and not a in store purchase. I had my receipt. They wanted me to leave the items with them and wait for the refund to show on my credit card. Im not going to leave almost $70 worth of coffee with them and no receipt. I told them I was not go to do that. I started chatting with customer support and they said that the refund should be processed the same way. I showed the 2 employees and they still wouldnt refund me. They told me I could leave the coffee with them and take a photo of them with the coffee as proof, so I did and that photo is attached. After being in the store for over 30 minutes I spoke with the store manager **** who also wound not return the coffee for me. The store offered me a store credit but would not refund my card. This store is horrible. How can they not return a item that was purchased 5 days ago, not opened and I have the receipt.

      Every time I clipped this coupon I am never rewarded with my rewards. I was denied prior to this incident because I didnt have proof that I clipped coupon so this time I screenshot the coupon before I clipped it. However I was denied again because it didnt proof I clipped it. I find that absurd because I would I screenshot something that I didnt clip and use? I spent over the amount necessary for promotion. The agent behavior was unacceptable! As you could see from screenshots he ignored me after I made him use logic of why would I screenshot the coupon if I didnt clipped it. For some reason once you use coupon it goes out your account and doesnt show that you clipped it. I am not sure if company is scamming but its bad to mislead customers saying that theyll receive rewards after purchase and refuse to honor promotion. I should be rewarded for both transactions plus extra for horrible customer service.

      I do not remember when I clipped the coupon but the coupon clearly has expiration date and I made purchase before that date. I know you could see my past purchase from my telephone number I provided and my email. Hence the reason for complaining customers shouldnt have to do all this in order to have the rewards thats supposed to happen once you fulfill the requirements in which I have done numerous times. Please check my chat records as I have repeatedly had this same problem unless you just wanted to scam customers then it shouldnt be a problem to correct your error!

      This is in regards to complaint number ******** I did reply to business response but I guess it did not go through. The complaint is still valid I have submitted evidence that the agent I spoke did not assist me at all with my complaint I was completely ignored. The problem is very time I clipped coupon for 2 rewards after spending $60. This happens every time. Please have business check their records because I have to complain to customer service each time to get my credit rewards that shouldve been automatically added to my account. The last time the agent refused to credit me eventhough I spent the money it doesnt make sense to spend the necessary money to not get credited the rewards! So the latest time I screenshot the coupon showing it was clipped yet I still did not receive the rewards even with proof of screenshots and that I spent the money. This company does not have any intention of honoring the coupon, they are just using it so scam customers to think that they would receive extra rewards with purchase but will not follow through! I am again sending proof of screenshots of conversation and coupon. The business could look up past purchases using my email and phone number I do not need to lie.

      There is a coupon on the app that reads $2.00 off a San ********** beverage. When I went to purchase my drink, the drink itself was less than $2.00 but the coupon said it was for a single drink. When I asked for help they said they wouldn't honor it. I explained in ********** if a coupon is out for use but incorrect they would still have to honor it, but they told me no. So I am being penalized for their error. In the past when such errors were made they would post pictures at the checkout explaining there was an error, they didn't do that this time.

      Vons ************* has several times overcharged my husband and me for "just 4 u" advertised items. Yesterday (9/22/2023) we were overcharged by $10.00. On Wednesday (9/20/2023) I was overcharged by $10.80. This has occurred regularly. The store employees are great professionals who refund the money when the receipt and weekly sale flier are shown to them. The man who helped me on 9/20/2023 told me that this overcharging issue is "an epidemic." When I asked him if Vons was going to resolve it for all customers, he said "I hope so."The practice of advertising one price and charging a higher price seems deceptive to me. I would like to trust that Vons will charge the price they advertise.

      There was a 30% off on high end wines which I bought 6 and they only gave me 10%. It was only good for Saturday August 26th and no one in the store knew about it but my friend in La Jolla got it.

      On July 26th 2023 between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning me and my boyfriend just got off of overnight graveyard shift so mind you we don't have a car at the moment so we're carrying bags I have a lunch pai I carry into the store there is a African-American employee at the door running after me telling me to leave the it in5 front of the store I said fine and I left it there knowing that there's a policy that I don't have to leave my bags in the front so then I enter the store and I go to the bathroom my boyfriend is going to apply with the lady for a job doing signatures so I'm taking my time and buying some things while I'm in the store I hit my foot on the box of sodas that was in the middle of the aisle as I go to the restroom I fall in the restroom because the restroom is full of water on the floor still slippery so then I was upset and I just left my things by the bathroom and I went outside my boyfriend was in the store. As my boyfriend comes out of the store I asked him to go get our lunch pail. He goes to get it and can't find it and ask the gentleman where it's at he said I don't know as security because security is looking for your girlfriend so then he says oh you wait come here and shows him the lunch pail and he says your girlfriend has been stealing and look at this it's full and he's opens the the lunch pail and it's empty he feels dumb and he hands it to my boyfriend and he starts telling my boyfriend that he sends me into the store to steal and that he's ex-military and he's going to bite his nose off and stab him and he is x military he can go home if he wants n off of his property55 we go there almost every day to get lunch then he starts yelling talking about you homeless people go bk to ur tents u trash and then he says look I 5have money u dnt poor Mexicans I hate your kind n tells the lady that gives jobs that we were stealing now my man wnt get the job we both were in tears people drive by laughing pointing who does that

      This is the Vons in ********* off 30th st and ******. In between hours if 7 am to 10am on the 26th the man had on a red shirt wipping windows  one employee saw when I hit my foot he came up to me and said oh this isn't mine. Meaning the drinks in the middle of the floor and at the bathroom guests are allowed to use the restroom to the left but someone came and opened the one on the right I can see ow why it's not used very often thank u

      My name is ***************. My email address is ********************** I use this email as user id in both VON's website and PayPal website. On 6/25/2023, I bought a case of Stella ****** beer ($18.99) at VON's. I have a coupon listed in VON's website for "Stella ****** - $5.00 REBATE via PayPal One time use Expires 6/27/23". Until to-day 7/2/23, I have not received any rebate from VON's via PayPal. I used this type of coupon 4 times previously. I got $5 rebate in PayPal once. The last 3 times I did not get anything. When I complained via VON's website, I just got the run around. I found out about BBB recently, so I thought maybe BBB can straighten the situation.For this occasion, VON's acknowledged the coupon in its receipt. It even cut out the coupon after the sale so I could not use it again. For all of that, there is still no rebate in my PayPal account. I searched the internet and saw many, many complaints of this type against VON's. I hope you can help me get the rebate and get VON's to be true to its advertising.

      I have not updated BBB so far because although I received an email from VON's, that company gave me a run around again by referring to 
      Neptune Rebate Solutions. I have not received any direct email from VON's or Neptune Rebate Solutions, 

      I checked my PayPal account and there is nothing in it.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with reserve. VON's did not accept that they did not provide the rebate nor they would honor the rebate in the future which are my main purposes of this complaint.

      Date of Transaction: 6/20/2023 Online Order #: ******** I placed an online order for pickup at my local Vons located at ************************************************************************* and I attempted to go to pick up my order. I confirmed I was in the parking lot and waited for about 45 minutes and my order was never brought out. I left and requested a refund that same day, and fast forward to today 7/28/23 I still have yet to receive my refund in the amount of $62.14. I spoke with customer support on a total of 6 occasions to which they always told me to expect my refund in 3-5 business days. They never gave me details on why I wasnt getting my refund, only that they manually put it in to have it processed, which still never happened. **************** is absolutely terrible and cant resolve a refund request.

Additionally, we have sent a refund receipt to the email address on your account for your records.
