As of March 14, 2019, BBB has received numerous complaints from consumers who preordered a hat from Graterhead and never received the item. Additionally, the consumers have not been able to obtain refunds. BBB sent notifications to [email protected], but have not received a response.
BBB attempted to contact Graterhead via mail at 622 S Roosevelt St. Apt 102 Boise ID, 83705 but the mail was returned as moved, left no address.
BBB could not find current licensing with the Idaho Secretary of State; BBB has reason to believe that Graterhead is not physically located in Idaho.
