  During my appointment yesterday the technician told us there were 3 items needing addressed. He provided me with photos and a video he took but there is no clear representation of an issue. He even shared a screenshot of a text threat between the Tri-Cities technicians asking if the part was compromised. Another tech responded and said, "I don't know, the video is too shaky." When he was done he cleaned up and went to his truck to grab his iPad to charge for the service. He left a cord plugged in my wall and a screwdriver in the driveway. His iPad had died and we had to wait for it to charge. When he got it running he asked if we had already paid for the service. NO. He wasn't able to take a payment for another 15 minutes and when he could, he tried to charge me the service + tax. I'm in ******. I paid, he left. An hour later I got a text from him stating he had forgotten to reinstall the service fuse for my outside AC unit. I told him I can reinstall it that's fine. Another hour after that my house was cold. I cranked the heat up and we had air coming from the unit but it was cold. I inspected the furnace and there was no flame to the burners. I called him. I let him know there were blue and purple wires disconnected and resting on the burners. He told me the unit did not need these wires installed. Should the rest on a flame though?!? He proceeded to tell me that it's too complicated to explain but I don't need them. I questioned again. He told me where to reinstall the wires and the moment I put the last wire in it's place my burners ignited. The credibility of the company went down the shoot at that moment and I don't know if I can believe what was told I need to replace. He stated I declined repairs but I was never offered any or a cost to do so. I have since been in contact with the company and they are sending a more seasoned technician to my house. Terrible service. I should not have to clean up nor reinstall ANY components. Left me without heat and AC.

  Every person I contacted was excellent! The Comfort Advisor who came to my home, the customer ********************** representatives I spoke with by phone, the installers and the repair people were knowledgeable and respectful. They all did a great job. I will use this company again and will recommend it to friends.

  Wonderful!!! I can not say enough good things about this company. From the first visit with ***, explaning the whole prosses of purchase. Great guy. Then I was blessed with the great and beyond installers, *************** wow what a team. Nothing was left for me to question. Talked also to the office gal, and was so totally helpful. Great, fabulous, Company. Would recommend them.

  Great company. Have had my Furnace for a few years now and it is great. Yearly service call, discovered a faulty regulator which technician talked to me about and was able to repair same time. Appreciated that there was no pressure for me to do that then, he explained everything and let me decide to wait or take care of. Very nice and informative young man.

  If we could give this company 0 stars, we would! We had our gas furnace go out in below 0 degree weather. I called Right Now Heating and Air as a family member had recommended. During that night of it breaking, our pipes froze and busted. So we were dealing with a broken furnace and plumbing issues. We needed to act fast and get the furnace replaced. We had to stay in a hotel because of the cold temps in the house, along with no running water. They couldn't come that day so it was scheduled for the following day. It took 2 days to get the install done due to a part that was over 2 hours away. On day 3, After getting the call of it being done at 10:30 a.m we decided to do a late check out to let the home heat up. We got home at 12:45 to an alarm sound coming from inside and We ran in to find the STRONGEST GAS SMELL and ran to get the dogs that were SO SLOW to get up, turn off the heater, turn off the alarm , open windows and get out. I called the local gas company and they said to stay out of the house until they got there. It was about 40 min later when the gas company came and he went in with a meter to read for gas. It was coming from the new furnace! They didn't close a pipe or something of that sort and it was leaking a dangerous amount of gas. The gas company 'Red Flagged' our home. I had called Right Now right after the gas company and it was several calls, and 3 hours before they came! It was not taken seriously AT ALL that my entire family (myself, husband, 3 children and 3 dogs) could have DIED. Every person (neighbors, friends and family) have reminded me of the severity of this and to NOT give up until something is done to compensate for this mistake that could have been devastating. We were told to not stay in the house yet and we had to go back to the hotel ( day 4 ) and reschedule the plumbing for the second time. This was such a traumatic experience. Something needs to be done. If it doesn't, I will be taking this to court. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

  All I can say isDo Not Use this company. They are overpriced, They dont inspect their work. They plumbed a toilet to a vent pipe and not the sewer system. So when the toilet was flushedit shot everything out into the back yard. When they were called about it, on a Friday, they didnt come fix it till Monday. Even tho they claim they are always available 24/7. And didnt even clean up the mess they caused in the yard. Was billed for anew toilet, wasnt a new one. Was told a new window would be put in, didnt happen. Told them to forget the window. They dont do them. Was told a refund check would be sent out, havent gotten it yet. Will definitely not recommend this company.

  Excellent service!!! The technician came to my house within a few hours a me calling in about my furnace not working. He got it fixed and its working great. You guys know what your doing. Thank you so much for getting my furnace fixed the same day I called in which was a Saturday! Hats off to Right Now Heating!!! Your awesome!!!

  They have been the biggest headache to deal with from day 1. Their first visit they didn't even know what they were supposed to be doing entirely. It took them 3 more visits to install, adjust, tweak and get everything working properly without freezing over on me. 3 inspectors came out and 2 had things to say about their work and one informed me I had been scammed and never got a new furnace installed like they were supposed to. A tech came out and seemed to agree until his supervsior showed up, disagreed strongly and seemed to scare the tech into not disputing the issue. I never get call backs from management and it seems like I've been abandoned by them entirely. I will NEVER will give them my business again.
