1 starMy entire experience with this company has been an utter nightmare. Between lies, incompetence, negligence, and extreme pricing, I cannot express how little I recommend this company.Here are the lies I was told during my conversation with our initial technician (for a plumbing problem):"All employees have official badges and background checks." None of the plumbers that showed up at my home (around 6 different people over the course of a week). Not one had any sort of ID badge. But worse, one day they sent an INTOXICATED MAN to work on my plumbing, who was eventually sent home after we noticed and complained."Your sewage will be restored at night after we leave." We were told that at the end of each night of their work, our sewage would be restored so we can use our facilities. When they left for each day and I asked if we could have use of our toilet, we were told "no, it's not ready yet." Eventually we had to have someone come find out they never hooked our toilet back up (I did not want to mess with it due to having extensive plumbing work done). We had to deal with not having a usable toilet in our home for over 4 days when we were told we would."You don't have to be home during this time, all of the work will be done outside your home." Another lie, I had to use PTO and take time off work because the plumbing crew asked for someone to let them inside one morning for several hours of work. I was not comfortable leaving my home unlocked, especially with the intoxicated worker incident.After they finished replacing all of the pipes, I noticed that their excavator ruined the sidewalk on the side of my house and my fence is broken up as well. They also left the old pipes in my yard. We asked them to fix these things, were told they put in an escalated ticket. It's been over 2 weeks with ZERO communication or anyone showing up to fix this and clean up the old pipes. For $25,000 (which I'm assuming I've been ripped off at this point) I expected better.Review fromAl J

1 starFrustration is beyond description. New Units were installed in October of 2022. Have had various issues since the installation. Most of the ladies that answer the phone don't communicate properly to the dispatch or the dispatch doesn't communicate properly to the technicians. When they come out (IF they come out) they seldom have the correct tools/supplies or information to properly address the problem. As far as scheduling goes, We have been texted/called last minute on several appointments and told that they are short staffed and can't come at the appointed time, and will need to reschedule. Or they just don't bother to show up at all, with no explanation as to why.When we call the company to voice concerns or talk to a manager, We get informed that they are either in a meeting or aren't in...there must be some serious meetings that occur at that company as they appear to always be holding them. We try to leave messages and are informed that they can't forward our messages to the managers.The website says they are open 24 hours and can send technicians at any time, but when they fail to make their appointments during the week they are only able to come out Monday-Friday They like their money though. As soon as they were paid for the install, the honeymoon was over and the reality set in. It is **** and they still have not been able to fix an issue that was brought to their attention in ***************** do not use this company.Review fromconnie b

My neighbors bought a cooling unit from these folks 3 years ago. My neighbors are senior in their late 80's and early 90's. Eve3ry year since this was installed these folks have been out to repair a non-functioning unit. Some things they have repaired "under warranty" but my neighbors are responsible for labor which has been running them around **** to **** a year. This company is taking advantage of the elderly, instead of just replacing what appears to be shoddy work or bad equipment they continue to come year after year to get more money out of these folks. I would not even give them a 1 star as I believe they are cheating people, but seems you have to.Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, LLC

This Company is nothing but liars. They came to our home and from the very first.time they walked in they fed ** full of lies. The specifically said they do not subcontract any work out of their company and they had Sermons and Elecrtic come out and install something. They also told us that there would be no hidden fees and we have now been sent to collections from Sermon of $257.00 because we have not paid the bill we were told there would not be any charges outside the bill Right Now wrote out.we were also promised a rebate check from ***************** of $500 since we upgraded to a better high efficiency power saving system. We have not received anything These people from day one has been really good at stretching the truth to flat out lying to our faces about things we as consumers were counting on Now we are left not being able to trust any one we have tried to resolve this issue and have been treated like s*** by Right now Heating and air plus Sermon Heating and air when all we wanted was good honest reliable professionals to help us out ********************* And *****************Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, LLC

Right Now had an offer at ********** to clean and inspect our HVAC for $58. I know that is a good price. When they came the technician showed me that I needed a part replaced. It was below what he said were the recommended specs. I asked how much and he said $372 so I thought it was the electronic board at the bottom. I said okay please replace it. After he came back in from the truck and went and changed it l asked him what the part was and it was a small $10 capacitor on Amazon. It took him less than 5 minutes to change the part. I was shocked it would cost that much. If I wouldve asked to see the part he wouldve had shown it to me. I thought he was very sneaky. He also said in the initial conversation that I probably should replace my HVAC system and they could send out someone for a quote. He said do I still want someone to come out and I said yes because I wanted to now talk about the outrageous cost. The next day a representative came out and was not aware I was going to have a complaint. I told him I had another company in town that would have down the same service for $151.78. He was very polite and because of all my troubles said let me give you a quote for a new HVAC system. I will give you the best possible price. ($9980) He said this was a good offer and I got a few other quotes and it is a good offer. He also said if I could get a written quote from the other company that I could either take their offer for a new HVAC system or that I would be reimbursed for difference between their amount I paid of $430 and the actual quote I could get from the local contractor. I did get a quote for $151.78. I have decided not to get a new HVAC system and called them back yesterday. Today they said the representative was mistaken and that I could be reimbursed the cleaning fee and that they would not honor what I was told. I think Right Now misleads their costumers with deals and then lets shading technicians and other employees make you pay outrageous prices.Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, LLC

****************** - We're sorry to see that you're upset. The comfort advisor who visited your home explained that we had an "Apples to Apples" price guarantee for our installs, not for repairs. There is no scenario in which we would ever claim to price match on repairs. The gentlemen who had visited your home has been with our company for years, and we're sorry, but you are simply mistaken about being promised a price match guarantee on a repair. In the interest of customer ********************** and as a gesture of good faith, after you had already agreed to the cost of the repair, you were provided a 27% discount. It's quite disheartening to provide such a large discount for no other reason as a gesture of good faith, only to be disparaged online. I am also sorry I was misinformed. However I believe your comfort advisor told me to get a quote in writing from the local company and that he would make it right. I did that and sent a PDF document to him and then later to your customer ********************** people. Things were not made right. I have not ever received a 27% discount. I have not received the $58 refund for the initial service promised by the customer ********************** agent the day I made the complaint to the BBB. I feel your company has a communication problem with all involved aspects. I also think your technicians need to show customers the parts they are replacing and what those parts cost at a retail price.S. S.

I have now received a check for the $58 refund for the initial service. I have not cashed the check as of yet. I was not given and have not received a 27% discount at the time of service as stated in the comments from the Business. I plan on depositing the $58 check sometime in the next week or two. I really wish the owners/management would contact me about all that transpired.I still feel your technician was not forthcoming with the cost of the parts or the cost of the repairs. He should have showed me the part before the replacement. He should have told me the cost of the part and the cost of service before he replaced it. 1 starI requested a tune-up service from this company. I was scheduled for 8:00am on a Monday morning. I received a call at 8:35 stating they would not be able to make it due to lack of personnel. Prior to my appointment, two of my neighbors requested the same service. One the service was performed the same day and the other was completed as scheduled. The company rescheduled mine for 5/2 @ 8:00. I received a call at 8:00pm on 5/1. The appointment was cancelled again due to a lot of requests for service due to the high heat. This is not acceptable. 5 starsI was very happy with my heating/cooling check up. I called and spoke with a real person who scheduled my appointment right away. That's rare anymore. We have unusual units installed in our home but ******* was able to answer all our questions and service them with no fuss. We ran into an issue during the servicing appointment and my technician, ****************** stayed to get it resolved. They honored our initial price quote and showed me how to properly maintain my units to keep them running smoothly. Not only was ******* professional, he was *********************! I cannot recommend this company as they dont check the quality of their work, it takes multiple service calls to resolve basic issues, and ultimately leaves the homeowner to check the quality of the work. I dont believe that they even cleaned or checked the duct work that I paid an additional fee for prior to installing the new unit. It took nearly a year of calling and working with service techs to get the AC/Furnace unit working properly, and in the meantime I was paying for high power bills due to Right Now Heating and Cooling poor installation. I can only come to the conclusion that I was just a number to them and they threw the unit in as quickly and cheaply as possible, without considering whether or not it was even working.Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, LLC

****************, Were sorry to see that youre upset. The assessment of your bills and their sudden increase in November indicates very clearly that your duct became disconnected during that time. Your ducting is preexisting, and unfortunately scenarios occur where ducting can become disconnected, though we cannot surmise why your existing duct became disconnected nearly 8 months after your installation. As a gesture of good faith we waived the charges to fix your ducting, and also asked for you to please monitor your utility usage and to contact us if you continue to have any concerns (though were quite confident youll see a great savings now that the duct has been reconnected). As for the slight increase in your bills over the summer months, that is due to you previously not having an air conditioner; adding central air conditioning where once there was none will increase your utility usage. To keep your utility usage as low as possible, please remember to keep your home at one consistent temperature, as any shift of more than 3 degrees will cause your heat strips to engage, which will obviously cause increase utility usage. Also, changing your filter regularly, performing yearly maintenance, and keeping your outdoor unit free of debris/tall grasses/etc. will also help to keep your usage as low as possible. Again, if for some reason you do not see a decrease in your utility usage next month, please let us know and well schedule a field supervisor to visit your home.Review fromJay F

2 starsThey installed a Amana heater 3.5 years ago. It had a part fail already yesterday and they made arrangements to get out and fix same day which was nice. It took about **** hr all in with diagnosis we were charged 300 dollars WOW seems like an awful lot for a system that was supposed to be upgraded? My old system never had a problem in 15years . I only agreed because I was upgrading my air conditioning.They didnt even give us the 20$ coupon off websites . Im glad they came out same day but not impressed with cost to repair the hourly rate equates to 300$ an hour!!! On a system that failed in 3.5 years..Review fromDebi K

1 starI thought they were ok, not. We spent $25000 and didn't get the proper paperwork, job not finished, subpar equip. We were rushed into the loan. Can't get rebates and at the beginning of year our unit won't be up to code. We got blank paper work, I complained took 2+ wks and then 8t had different info on it. They used white out and changed things. They first refused to give paper work. We got ************************* said he was ********** yet he is dressed in Right Now uniform. Confusing. He bullied us in to loan lied on application gave false info and the wrong person. No scope of work signatures nothing. Do not work with these guys even thru **********. The work was t finished and we had no choice of equip or any day he just talked over us, had homeowner sign blank paperwork and it didn't even have his name on contract. Then they ****** put wrong name and put his after the fact.
