I have been trying to contact the customer support team at ******************************************* for the past 3 days, but have not received a response. I am looking to discontinue use of their services. According to the Modern Millionaires terms of service, it is completely within my rights to request temination. I do not need a refund, I just would no longer like to use the service and would like to discontinue with monthly payments of $320. This company breeched their contract with me. The contract states they will help me with anything I needed throughout the process. When I was In need of help they refused to provide me with any. Not only that but never assigned me a personal coach either. Which is also part of the contract. When I reached out to anyone I never recieved an answer just another question they responded with and when I answered the question the email address was no longer available. On May 5, I enrolled in the Modern Millionaires program, which was supposed to provide digital training and support for starting an internet marketing business providing simplified, automated services to small business owners. The advertised method was to download a proprietary app to the business owner's phone that would allow them automated online marketing and to manage customers from their mobile device. I financed $5995 through their partner financing company, with assurances that I would have enough revenue by the end of the "3 mo trial period" to cover the $319/mo. cost. Once I got access to the system, I found that what they are selling is NOT what they advertised. There is an extra $300/mo charge for the software, which is not proprietary, it is a rebrand of another software platform (a few of the templates still had the previous logo on them). The software is extremely complicated, and the training inadequate to use it effectively. I had to contact their customer service many times, even after going over training videos, stopping and following directions exactly. The potential clients I was able to get in front of opted not to use the service due to how complicated it was. The automated emails sent out through the software (supposed to be the main source of leads for both my business and my clients) almost always went to spam. There are complaints all over their FB groups and live trainings about this, with no good solutions given. I sent an email to cancel on July 17, before my 3 month trial period was to end. I received a response with a non-functional link asking me to set up a call on their ****** calendar. Subsequent emails kicked back saying the email address was no longer valid. I received a text response saying they would look into it, then no further communication. I have reached out through FB messages as well. The financing company is claiming I still owe the balance on the $5995, even though I no longer have access to the program.Initial Complaint

I spent $10,000 last year on a program called the Done for You Program. In the agreement I was told that my agency marketing campaign would be set up for me including landing page, client funnel and initiation of my campaign. However, the day after it got started. It was restricted and eventually disabled. The "coach" at the time said it wasn't out of the ordinary and we would get it running again. The marketing campaign was never fixed and I was told the "coach" who piloted the program at the time is no longer with the company. I was then sent to 3 different coaches who said they would help me do what the program promised. Now I am being told that 1on1 coaching is no longer available and I have still yet to receive what I paid $10,000 for. I signed up for the program,paid the five hundred. My grandfather died of a heart attack 2 days later. I immediately reached out to ***** and chance asking for a refund so I can go to my grandfathers funeral but never got a reply. I emailed , left voicemails and txt messages. The last one was sent today. Because of this company I never got to ***** my hero. They say that they are a big family but when theres an incident theyre nowhere to be found. I cant get back time, or the funeral but I would like to finally get my refund. I never used your services and never plan too. As far as Im concerned this is a big scam. I am writing in regards to this program. We signed up for this program back in August of last year. We got the package of "Done for you". We were then signed up for a startup loan of $17,000 that would cover everything that was needed. We were mislead on what was going to be done for us, the support we were going to get, all the fees and the outcome. I was told I was to have a coach who would help teach me. He was impossible to get ahold of him, never had openings. We kept getting multiple fees for all different types of things plus we have a monthly payment of $907.00 a month. We had to pay for ****** fees, ******** fees and then the Leadific. We were told that this could be paid off in 3 months, with the results. But we never saw any results and felt like we could not get the support we needed. More and more fees kept adding up, and the program was not advertised correctly. We thought by paying more and doing this type program, we would have people making the sites, advertising but that was not the case, that is what was told to us and was not the case at all. There was false advertisement about the program, the fees, and everything. This monthly payment is killing our family and digging us in a hole that is impossible. We can't get ahold of anyone to handle the loan. The loan keeps getting transferred to other 3rd parties. Right now it is with **********************. We would like to get a refund. This loan needs to be canceled. We are paying money into program that roped us into a program based on false claims and programs. I am rejecting this response because: I respectfully disagree with the coaching we got. The coaches kept leaving details out about the fees, costs and never giving specifics on how to do certain things. They talked about doing stuff for us; but then they would need more and more money to do other things. We would ask for more information and be directed to multiple different people. When talking to ********, all he wanted was to get us set up in the diamond program. We kept telling him, we dont want that and just need to cancel the rest of the loan. Once again he rushed the phone call to get off to talk to another student. (This is classic response we always got from other coaches). Even after talking to ********, we learned that the coaches we had were fired! Due to lack of miscommunication. Which is exactly why hat happened with us. They miscommunicated and mislead us into a scam of a program.All we want is to cancel the remaining part of our loan. We do not want to be involved with a business that is going to keep scamming us and looking for more money.

Failure to provide proof of no cancellation clause and I would like to back out of said contract as they have filed a personal loan from their vendor as a student loan instead of personal. I originally signed on and discussed around $4000 total for 6 months of around $299 a month or something like that but I come to find out I have $30,000 in student loan debt due to MM LLC. 04/22/21 i bought a DFY done for you program from modern Millionaires. They verbally garunteed results and in writing said that after 25 months from purchase date would refunded the difference of the profit we made from the initial purchase. I paid ****** dollars. They said it would be completely hands free after a couple of months of following along, doing as they said and paying for more features i made 0 dollars and fell into an extreme depression were i was contemplating suicide. Leadific is a shell company of Modern Millionaire there customer service and online is a joke. The help section on Leadific is virtually useless. The Help section is filled with past discussions of students and not tech support leaving a person to sift through hundreds of discussion which is reminiscent of shopping at **** Dress for less as opposed to Nordstrom. Yet another time consuming process. In fact there was no information I could retrieve from regarding ********************************** intricate systems furnished by This communication with Leadific is by email only with no phone number to call. In fact on ne part of the training it states that Leadific should send out a word document with *** path ways to link the platform to your domain. The email was never sent after I sent them screen shots of the *** training from Inside the Modern Millionaire training video and video from LOOP did, they send me back the exact same screen shot that I had sent them. The problem with that is the *** codes are specific and should be copied and pasted as opposed to a student screen shooting a training video. It was at this point I was assuming they were leading us back to Modern Millionaire to be up charged an additional coaching fee costing upward of $20,000. I was also told that my do-it yourself plat form was $3500.00 and I paid a down payment of $335.93. The actual cost of $5000.00 is what I was billed for from Special Financing.Business Response

I was told I had 30 day no questions asked guarantee for my $97 program fee. Not even **********************************************************after pretending they didn't get my email by the way, they actually sent the word failed back, that there are no refunds.
