      2 accounts were opened in my name and address. There is a savings and checking in my name (*************************) and savings and checking in the name of *****************************, who I don't know and my name. I have called the Credit Union 3 times and they won't tell me anything about these accounts in my name that I never opened, but they are threatening to turn the overdrawn balances over to a collection agency and add them to my credit report.I have filed a report with the ************************* and I sent a copy of this to the Credit Union, and I keep receiving letters from them. My identity has been stolen and I am being held responsible for accounts that I did not open. I have worked at maintaining good credit and this situation is beyond my control. I have also notified Equifax of my situation. I have received 10 pieces of mail from these people, I have called them 3 times, and I have sent them a letter requesting that the accounts be closed and telling them that I don't owe them the money that is overdrawn because I never opened these accounts. I can't understand why they opened these accounts in the first place and why they allowed them to be overdrawn. Please help me resolve this issue. I have each piece of mail that I have received if you need them. I only attached three documents.
