    this company does business with upside which advertises discounts of cash back on their behalf for fuel purchases. i claimed an offer and pumped $180 worth of fuel this business refuses to send the transaction data to upside as they promised this caused me a $62 dollar loss that i was not able to get because they refused to do as they promised me and give me the advertised cash back.
