    (The business is now under a new name Valiant law same address/phone number and ******************* runs it)October 5, 2022 I paid *********** (Paralegal ***************************) $159.39 for a filing fee in regard to some work I was TOLD by *************************** was being done pro-****. Since that date there has been no updates to as of what's going on. Every time I have reached out for an explanation *** hasn't provided me with anything. Upon looking in I-courts, ******* court portal with documentation nothing has been filed or updated as well. I was given a Phone appointment for November 10th form 4-4:30pm PST I received a call from his office at 3:02pm PST being informed that he was in a lengthy mediation and wouldn't be out of it for a few hours. However, per a copy of the schedule he would have been returning to the office from a Motion with a Judge. I was rescheduled for another phone appoint 28th of November. I was then told by the paralegal *** they were trying to serve the individual listed in the case. However, upon speaking to the *********************** office, I was informed that nothing could be served without it being filed with the courts yet. I don't enjoy being given bad advice from a Paralegal that's not qualified to give advice on such matters involving what's going on. As well as this sets a bad precedent as the paralegal seems to be operating and conducting business without ****'s knowledge. As I also have tried to reach out countless times to *************, and I have been intercepted each individual time by *** his paralegal. Just over a month and a half of starting this entire process just before the payment its been the same "cat and mouse" show with no response from ************** and I haven't had any success getting a hold of directly him. I want either **** himself to reach out and *** has been intercepting all blocking me from contacting him or a refund or both. And *** needs to be terminated, she not licensed to give legal and misleading advice as a paralegal.
