      Bought the boat and was told that paperwork will be in the mail overnight to have it registered. I have the boat for almost 2 months now and no paperwork. Supermarket to get a hold of anyone over the phone that has answers. I'd like to just take the boat back now and forget the whole experience.

      Hagadone Marine Group is working with Mr. Ekkert to get his trailer registered with the DMV.  The trailer is the correct trailer with the correct VIN, however the DMV in Bonner County registered that VIN to another trailer.  Even with our proof of the correct VIN for Mr. Ekkert they will not proceed.  Hagadone Marine Group is going to transport Mr. Ekkert trailer to and from his house as we are addressing this issue.  The boat is registered and completed as this is a trailer issue as the DMV in Bonner County has made an error.  Any help we can get from the BBB would be much appreciated.

      I took my boat to hagadone to get it winterized around October of last year , upon winterization they let me know one of the motors had a crack in it so we told them to go ahead and replace it . They ordered the wrong motor , then fixed the issue and got the correct one . This did delay is getting fixed though . Around may 2022 after following up multiple times they had told me they were getting summerizations done then they would get to it , which I thought was disrespectful because they had already had the boat so long . They finally got it installed in June , went to pick the boat up to take to my boat slip which I paid **** dollars for the season for . Got the boat back to the slip yo park it and the new motor they installed started acting up and making noises and smelt like something was burning . Called them the next day to let them know and see if we can have a mechanic come take a look . They scheduled it maybe 6 times to come out so with the boat Being 30 minutes from my house I spent all day on their scheduled days out there since they would not give me a time . One mechanic showed up on a random day that they hadnt scheduled and then left because we werent there . Another time a mechanic showed up but brought tools to look at the electrical system , which the issue was with their new motor they installed so that was of no help and so they wasted a week of my time that I had to take off work to go out there , just to have nobody show up . Now , over two months later they have picked up the boat and taken to their shop . Was scheduled to be inspected the ************************************************************* back.This has been the case for months, Now the season is over and I still dont have a properly functioning boat.cannot get in contact with anyone and they want to charge upwards of 15k for motor and parts and now I cannot get a hold of anyone or know if its even going to be fixed properly . boat was running great when dropped off first time
