DO NOT USE GLACIER We hired Glacier Roofing & Exteriors to replace our roof in 2018. Because of their poor workmanship (incorrectly installed soffit baffling that blocked every single vent in the attic, among other issues), they created the perfect environment for toxic mold to grow inside our entire attic.We were forced to evacuate our home, and our 16 year old daughter has been diagnosed with mold toxicity. She had to drop out of school. She is incredibly smart, but she can barely manage her 2 online classes right now. We have called and emailed Glacier several times, asking to speak with the owner, and he has not replied even once. Apparently were past their 3 year warranty, so they seem to have washed their hands of us, even though the roof they installed is directly linked to completely upending our lives. Not only have we been dismissed by the company responsible for this situation and displaced from our home, we are also stuck with paying thousands and thousands of dollars for medical bills, another complete roof (the sheathing is totally covered in mold and is a total loss), mold remediation, extensive and detailed cleaning inside the house, and the replacement of the majority of our belongings because they are now covered in dangerous mold spores and mycotoxins. Insurance wont even cover anything because they declared that the mold issue was caused by bad workmanship, and they dont cover bad workmanship. (!!) Its insane. I cant even describe how stressful and frustrating this has all been.We STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT USE Glacier. Find a company that does good work and stands by it. And if Glacier did do your roof- CHECK YOUR ATTIC FOR MOLD. We dont want anyone else to go through what we are going through. It was just a roof. It should have been a straightforward job. But it has completely turned our lives upside down. Find another company.

5 starsWe had our roof replaced on 10/28/2024 by the Glacier Team after heavy damage inflicted by summer windstorms. These guys are quick, efficient, and serious about getting the job done well. The finished product looks fantastic. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the fairly straightforward process of getting approval and funding from our insurance, and how Glacier worked back and forth with our claims adjustor to keep things moving forward in a timely manner. The roof was done in two days with only one return visit to clean out some clogged gutters. 5 stars for a job well done and friendly professional staff!Review fromBryan G

5 starsOur experience with Glacier Roofing was top notch from start to finish. **** is extremely knowledgeable and immediately came to our rescue when our roof started leaking in November. He gave us a quote and answered all of our questions. He even made a special trip to show ********** samples and help us pick out a great color choice for our roof that perfectly complements our house. He was able to get us on his schedule within a week, and I cannot say enough great things about the commitment and professionalism of his roofing team. They assured me that they were installing our roof the way they would install a roof for their own family, and the quality definitely shines through. We appreciated that all debris from the process was cleaned up each evening.
