  Had a very tricky IRS SNAFU that I couldn't navigate myself. After initially trying a tax attorney I finally turned to ****** their reviews were so good. They were wonderful, explained things very well including to expect a rather drawn out timeframe. They knew exactly what to do and what steps to take. When one thing didn't work (happened many times as the *** **** was really not particularly helpful) they knew exactly how to change the approach and finally got an excellent result. They were also very responsive to my correspondence and proactive about giving me updates even when the news was "IRS still not moving on this."

  PTR was AMAZING from day 1. We began our process in late 2019 due to an unexpected garnishment from the **** We were scared to death and didnt know what to do. We called PTR, and they immediately put our minds at ease and had the garnishment stopped in 24 hours. We began the negotiation process and with their guidance, chose to enter into an ****************** in February of 2020. Needless to sayEVERYTHING came to a screeching halt a month later with the ******19 pandemic. The *** remained closed for over a year. PTR held our hands and were more than fair through this strange and unprecedented situation. Although the *** was closedthis did NOT stop them from tacking on interest and penalties above and beyond where we started. We were beside ourselves, as even if we had had the ability to pay them in full, doing so would have been impossible! PTR was right there with us and often times were more counselors than just a service. This unexpected break allowed us to get to know our agent/rep at PTR, ***********************. *****, wore many hatsRepresentative, Advocate, Psychologist, and ultimatelyTrusted Friend. Through our time together, we even saw her get married, and were excited to hear all about her ceremony and honeymoon when she returned. Its THIS level of personalized service that kept us calm and clear headed through this process. I have often wondered how she dealt with either of ***** has the patience of a saintto say the least. Recently, we were informed that our Offer was Accepted by the **** Candidlywe cried. We never expected the results PTR achieved. We are forever grateful to, *****, and the entire PTR team for everything. We ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend PTR to anyoneeven those whove been denied negotiations/settlements with the **** Theyre honest and upfront. They take the time to meet your personal needsand in the endthey achieve results that would NEVER be possible on your own. Thank you, ********** you, PTR. We are eternally grateful!

  Allow Precision Tax to Have Your Back on This Journey!!Precision Tax was open and upfront from the very beginning concerning the process and what to expect. I was kept informed each step of the way and any questions that I had were always answered quickly.Precision Tax delivered what they said they would and they did it in a professional and timely manner.No matter how you look at it this experience wont be any fun, but Precision Tax will manage to take some of the sting out.I am super stoked that I finally addressed this issue and I am just as pumped that I chose Precision Tax to help me do it!!

  Of all the customer service in person or on the phone, in my life, *************************, at Precision Tax Relief, is the very best! She's polite, she listens, she answers the questions with aplomp, she is intelligent, and she was persistent. All the staff at Precision Tax Relief were very good but ************** was the best ever.

  ****** was absolutely great! Se kept us informed the entire time of where she was in our case. She gave us the worst case scenario but stated she was going to negotiate and work hard to get us the best case scenario. That is exactly what she did. I am so glad we chose Precision Tax. It was so worth the outcome and took so much stress off of us.

  All of the people at Precision Tax Relief were very helpful resolving my mother's unpaid state and Federal unpaid taxes going back almost a decade. Beginning in 2018 through today PTR HAS BEEN EXCELLENT! In any organization, people make the difference. Treat your people right and they will treat your customers right.

  Ive been a client of Precision for over 4 years and even though there were pitfalls in between, the resolution that *********************** was able to achieve made me very satisfied. She is kind, caring, professional, responsive, and motivated to take care of her clients; she made more happen in about 3 months than what the previous employee took 2 years to accomplish. A BIG high-five to ******! She is excellent!
