  With no doubt and hesitation I would absolutely use their services again if I ever need it. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need to resolve their tax issues.Not only they were very professional about ****************** to my situation but they have also educate me on how the *** assesses everything so that in the future I can handle my tax issues correctly.   I have over a 10-year history with this exceptional company, and I highly recommend them. An incident I recently had exemplifies the values of this business. This year, I had a negative interaction with a new employee who was preparing my tax returns. I was extremely displeased with how my concerns were being addressed, and in fact, at one point, I was simply dismissed. When the owners of the company found out about my experience, they called me immediately to apologize. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and resolved every one of my concerns. Actually, they went above and beyond in an effort to maintain their high standard of customer service. My experience speaks to the quality and values of their business. They are dedicated to making sure that every client receives the best tax preparation and advice.Precision Tax Relief does not disappoint. It is a quality company that continues to offer exceptional professional services year after year. I have always recommended them to friends, and I do so now more than ever.   I want to express my sincere gratitudeI want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone in the Precision Tax Relief team that guided me every step of the way while navigating the process of settling the multiple years of back tax debt that had seemed so overwhelming. I also want to thank previous customer reviews which greatly helped me when trying to decide which agency to use once I had become desperate to get out from under the debilitating fear of seemingly overwhelming tax debt. From the very first call, to the final resolution, I cant imagine any other company having such consistently caring individuals that never failed to let me know they genuinely cared about me and my circumstances.   This group of tax professionals are unbelievable. I was scared to death when, on a fixed income, I get a bill from the *** for 20K owed. I kept trying to respond on my own to no avail. I tried another tax service and wasted $500. Then a friend told me about PTR. ***** and her team handled everything, got all my records and reasonings clear and understood w the *** representative and I cannot tell anyone the relief I felt. Thank goodness for PTR. Use them, you will see what a quality organization they are. 100 stars for the whole group!!

  I came to Precision Tax Relief after a disastrous experience with another company.My experience with Precision was literally like night and day. They were courteous, very responsive and communicated often regarding my case. They really make you feel like you're they're only client.I want to make special mention of the Tax preparer/accountant assigned to me, *******************. I can't say enough good things about him. I presented him with an almost impossible task, and he managed to get it done all the while maintaining a professional, but helpful demeanor. If you're looking for a real outfit to get you out of a tax jam, look no further than Precision Tax Relief.

  The folks at Precision Tax are pretty amazing. Everyone there, without exception, was extremely polite and professional. I'm especially appreciative of *********************** and *******************, who stayed in continual contact with us, were always courteous, always prompt in returning calls and emails, and patient in answering our questions. They helped turn what seemed like an insurmountable problem into one that was very manageable. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would.
