  I was a **** Sub-Contractor. I owed over 7 years in back taxes and owed over $175k in both Federal/State taxes. I was getting letters from the *** and worried about *** levy freezing the funds in my personal checking account. The *** Debt Dragon got so large I could not face it alone and I knew it was about to destroy me. I needed help and fast! I heard about Precision and decided to call. The first time I called Precision, we discussed my case and they asked me if I wanted them to reach out to the *** to determine how much I owed. I agreed and while I was on the phone they called *** (same day). They found out exactly how much money I owed and told the *** they were taking over my case. I felt like a mountain had been taken off my chest!. Precision sent me a contact same day, I signed up and it was the best decision of my life. They called me weekly to check on me and encourage me along the way. I no longer felt alone, I had support! The *** Dragon starting shrinking and backing away from me. Over the course of 18 months they helped me clean up multiple years of back taxes and settle with ***. Today I owe the *** $0.00 The *** Dragon is gone! I have a new job and life if great! These are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. They even settled my case early and sent me a refund for services that were never needed or used. Who does that!   Free at last free at last !! Contacting Precision Tax was about the best thing Ive done in awhile ! Yes it took awhile , especially with the Covid situation, but I couldnt ask for better professionalism , ********* *********** of details from ***** , the tax preparation team , and the EA assigned to my case . I was treated with the utmost respect from each and every individual associated with Precision Tax , from the people answering the phone to the billing department. They worked with me and always had an answer and solution. A special thanks to **************************** !!! She was the EA on my case , I was in dire straits and she was a shining light sent from above !! It was like she was right down the street from me , there was never a time I couldnt talk to her via phone or email . I always knew when she was in or out or busy with meetings or corresponding with the *** , I felt like I was at the top of the list and she was fighting tooth and nail for me . She always had a plan , kept me on track , and yes had a plan B if plan A didnt quite work . It was rough but her encouragement and knowledge of the entire process got me through it !! I dont cringe when the phone rings or theres a knock on the front door now ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all youve done , youre the cream of the crop !! I sincerely appreciate everyones attention and help at Precision Tax !! And yes Im staying with them even after the *** was accepted !
