1. I called this company because I believed, based on the Internet ad, that they were located in a city near me. A marketing scheme.2. I signed up with only the expectation to make things better. 3. I was assigned to a man who appeared to be well-informed. He immediately suggested an Offer in Compromise. I've never done my own taxes, and had never heard about this option It sounded great.4. Over months, the rep spoke only in terms of an OIC. Due to my own lack of knowledge about taxes, I just listened to instructions and followed them. 5. I called my rep one day to take the next step, and the receptionist informed me that he was no longer with the company. That was that. I was assigned to another rep, and her view of my case was the opposite of everything my previous rep had told me. She said I had never been a candidate for an OIC, she did not know why he gave me the information he did, she had no notes to go by from my many conversations with him, and she said all the company could do was set up a payment arrangement. I became confused, and then the owner and other reps ganged up on me, told me I was "pushy" and demanding an OIC when I was not a candidate (I'd never heard of an OIC before joining this company), and after I gave up trying to understand, she set up an installment agreement, which turned out to be several hundred dollars more each month than the *** would have requested (an *** rep told me this and asked if I wanted to lower the amount-I let it go).5. This company set up an installment agreement for me. Nothing more. The *** could have done that for free. No reduction, no positive changes, etc. 6. *********** did my taxes for 2021 and made serious mistakes that my newly hired 2022 preparer pointed out to me. Necessary, obvious ********** information omitted. 2021 will have to be amended.7. This company, as of 2022, knows nothing about content creators, digital work, platforms, etc. I was told I was their first client in that field. It showed.Instant Tax Solutions, LLC

This client didnt want to pay much in taxes so she tried writing so much off with her previous CPA to show zero income that it hurt her because she wasnt able to get a home loan with no income. She then blamed it on the previous CPA. She then hired us to help her get into an Installment Agreement. We were very clear and upfront that nobody can guarantee reductions or end results. She was quite clear and understanding. She simply didnt want to deal with the *** on her own. When it came time for our firm to handle her tax prep, she just wanted our team to prep returns based on verbal information and not documentation. We refused to do that for her and that frustrated her. She wants companies to do whatever she says on tax returns, regardless of the laws,rules and regulations. Unfortunately, our company is too ethical to ever do this for any client. This client wants to commit fraud on her tax returns, and now is committing slander by lying about her experience with our company. I would hope anyone reading this would understand that just because a client complains online, it doesn't always mean the company is wrong.Review fromAbbi H
