Acquired Instant Tax Solutions back in 2016, talk with one of the partners and said that after looking over my account that they can resolve my issue. For about a 3 years, ******** who was my rep never returned my calls for do any follow up for update. I have to leave messages over serval times. Finally, after 4 year the partner called that the person that was handling my account is no longer here and change the story about my account and their no way they can settle with IRS. Paid in full during the course of 4 years and receive nothing in return. I would not do business with this company again.Instant Tax Solutions, LLC

It's unfortunate that someone that has never once complained to our company, now years later has decided to write a review without contacting us to discuss why they are upset. After speaking with this client, and their case in detail, they agreed that the work we did was indeed worthy of the minimal fee he paid us, and they were going to change this review to appropriately reflect this. But, this client hasn't answered any of our calls, and hasn't changed this review yet.
This client thought he was contacting *************** and asked for an employee that we have never heard of. There is some serious miscommunication here, and possibly he is upset with this company and not ours, and this we feel this review should be corrected to show that.
If at any time a client felt upset about the services we provided, we would immediately try and remedy the situation.

Amazing Experience! 5-STAR RATING! I approached Instant Tax Solutions to negotiate a payment plan for back taxes owed to the **** as well as removing a payroll garnishment placed by the **** They moved swiftly and quickly in removing the garnishment, and soon after negotiated an affordable payment plan with the **** I never had to speak to the *** once. They have been extremely helpful in resolving my tax issues. I highly recommend them!Instant Tax Solutions, LLC

NOT ********************* situation is worse off than previously. Follow up was poor and not professional. Highly disappointed with the investment and time spent trying to improve my tax update, ***Beware of their lengthy responses to bad reviews. I take time out to give good reviews as well as bad ones. And this would definitely be a bad investment of your time and money. Just DON'T DO IT!!!!Instant Tax Solutions, LLC

This review is quite frustrating. In our business we are dealing with client's finances. She is extremely frustrated with the *** and the expectation is, that we will force the *** to resolve her case the way she wants it resolved. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. We are bound by the laws, rules and regulations set forth by the ***. The *** makes the rules. Our job is to make sure the client is getting what they are entitled to in accordance with the regulations. We did that in this case. We did everything we could do for this client. Bottom line, she has the money to pay her taxes and the *** will not budge. She is trying to get around paying and the *** is not having it. We spent twice the amount of time on this case than others because she kept submitting different information and we kept trying on her behalf. Fantastic experience! Worked with *** and ******* and they couldn't have been more helpful. Very attentive and professional. My tax problems were BAD, and it took quite awhile to work them out, but they never once dropped the ball. They were able to work out a great settlement with the perfect monthly payment based on my budget....so awesome! I know this sounds like a paid advertisement, but it really isn't. If you are in trouble with the **** please, PLEASE call Instant Tax Solutions! You won't regret it.Instant Tax Solutions, LLC
