      Date is 5/3/24 when I picked up my computers and they were so messed up I could not use them.I took my laptop and desktop in to have a search of any viruses on them. The only thing I wanted removed from them were any viruses. When I picked up the computers all my software programs, paid software programs, etc. were all removed. I received extremely poor service and am asking for a full refund.

      To whom it may concern -  This customer brought her computers into our shop because her bank had alerted her about having a "Key logger" type of virus.  I explained to her that the only sure way to remove that type of infection was to do a clean installation of Windows after formatting the hard drive.  I explained that EVERYTHING WOULD BE REMOVED and that she'd have to re-install her software.  She understood our repair procedure, and she left her systems with us for repair.

         This is a routine repair for us, we literally do it daily.  We did make a backup of her systems before we did any work on them just in case she couldn't replace something.  We could have easily restored her systems to the state they were when they were brought in to us originally, but she decided to call her credit card company and dispute the payment instead of trying to communicate with us.  She did that after we completed all the work.  See  the attached copies of our work order, invoice & notes from the credit card company that has already sided with us on this transaction twice.

      Attached is the letter I gave to 765 Tech regarding the very poor service I received from them.  I need to inform you that I was never informed from the computer people that everything would be erased from the computer and I would have to install all the software programs myself that I had paid for (even the Norton antivirus that I paid for was not reinstalled) when I picked up the computers.  I am not a computer technician so why would I take it to a computer company that erased everything and expected me to install it back on both computers?  I was so angry when I picked up the computers and found that all my software was erased.  Until now I have never had a computer company do what they did and charge me $519.00 to erase all and expect me to install all software---I am not a computer technician and never will be.  If you would please reopen this complaint #********.  *******, I am sending directly to you as the links your company has sent me, I am not able to access.
