    The business committed to providing me with a new install of a gas fireplace. This process was started on October 2024 and finished/gave final payment as of January 2025. This business pulled permits for the gas line and fireplace and the gas line has not passed final inspection. I have reached out numerous times with no update. I would like my money back for the install due to lack of follow through on the permit that they pulled.

    Hello there, we contacted ****** and got the inspector to final the permit. Unfortunately, we had done everything correctly when the inspector went out for the reinspection in February, but he missed reviewing the specific fixes he had requested. We were able to send him proof (pictures) that we had performed everything to code and then he passed the final inspection virtually. This was unfortunately not our error, but we offered and sent ****** a $1,500 check for the inconvenience.
