    I hired Rocky Mountain Mechanical to replace the fan on my furnace. They informed me the furnace would have to run an emergency mode until the fan came in. I was okay with that because we needed heat in our home. When the fan came in they installed it but it was incorrectly done. Now, the fan smokes, condenser is covered in snow and ice and my electric bill has quadrupled. I have emailed the company multiple times. They offered to come back out on two separate occasions but never showed. Furthermore, I took time off of work to be there for them only to have them tell me they were running late and then not come at all. I will be filing a lawsuit in our County once a reputable company repairs it properly.

    Date completed of installation of toyo stove was 11/6/23 Original quote was $280, no trip fee given Final Bill was $950 with 2-2.5 hrs of work Was told **** was only going to be a little more than the original quote I asked to just to split the difference as the quote was not even close Owner, ****, states $950 is only a little more than $280 and pay the bill ****** Toyo Stoves out of Connecticult, typcial cost of installation is ******* even if old stove is there. When I told this to ****, he said he didn't care if he over charges.

    This is the first time that we have seen anything about a complaint with the BBB. This is a complaint from a disgruntled customer that wanted the service but did not want to pay for it. We have since came to an agreement with this customer and have informed him that we will not be doing any further business with him.
