BBB is advising consumers that 10450 N Airport Road, Hayden, ID 83835--the U.S. address that Q-Grips customers report at the company's location--is legally the address of a distribution center named Dollar Fulfillment, and not that of Q-Grips, Inc.

On May 19, 2021, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and refund/exchange issues. Consumers allege that after placing orders with Q-Grips, they do not receive their products. Some customers claim to have received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, but no further updates about their orders after that. Others say they tried cancelling their orders after they did not receive their product, but were unable to do so.  

Consumer further allege after returning their products for refunds, in accordance with Q-Grips, Inc.’s stated policy, they do not receive their refunds and have trouble contacting the business to get answers about the status of their refunds. It should be noted that several complainants stated they sought refunds in the first place because the products they received were not what was advertised, were of poor quality, or did not work. As of April 19, 2021, Q-Grips, Inc. advertises a 90-day money back guarantee for unsatisfied customers.  

On May 19, 2021, BBB submitted a written request to Q-Grips, Inc. encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints, however, as of May 20, 2021 the business has not responded.
