    I think that ServPro is a dishonest company that ***** the people dry to get all the money they can when it goes through your insurance company, We had our water heater pressure valve go bad and it leaked water for several weeks before we knew what had happened, The floors were buckling because the subfloor was absorbing the water and pushing up the floor tiles. We called the insurance and they told us we had to call ServPro or someone to determine the damage. After they agreed to come and fix the problem, they were only here about a week and half of drying things out. They told us we needed to tear out the kitchen to repair the floor and then they would rebuild the kitchen for us. They proceeded to tear out all the lower cabinets, the sink and island, and then charged us over $15,000 for doing that. The only things they didn't throw away was the top of the island and the doors to all the cabinets. Over a month went by and no one showed up and the supervisor of the builders finally talked with me (after I called him) and said he couldn't find any subcontractors to rebuild the kitchen for us and they didn't have time to come out and do it. So they left us high and dry to find a contractor to rebuild the kitchen for us. My warning to other customers of ********************** is to watch your money. They destroyed my kitchen for no reason and then charged us/insurance $15,000 to do that. Other contractors have come in and said there was no reason for all the cabinets to be ripped out, only the ones that were right next to the water damaged floor needed to be taken out. Stay away from ServPro of Coeur d'Alene, *****. A very dissatisfied customer.
