      Ive had nothing but problems with Inland Cellular. The service is downright awful I get little to no connection in most places, even in town where youd expect decent coverage. Calls drop constantly, texts wont send half the time, and mobile data is basically nonexistent. Whats the point of paying for a phone plan if I cant even use my phone when I need it? Ive tried reaching out for support, but all I get is excuses and no real solutions. Definitely switching providers I wouldnt recommend Inland Cellular to anyone. Fix your services.

      Buyer beware! I've been a loyal customer here for 9 years. I pay my bill every month. The service is seriously lacking, especially internet and trying to call out. I once had an emergency and needed an ambulance but couldn't call out, all circuits busy at 1 am? I have now been w/o internet for 4 days. It's your phone. Nope, it's the lousy service. Time to switch, I think.

      I am very sorry to hear your service is less than satisfactory.  I have followed up with your ticket with our network team and the issue has been escalated to top tier network operations.  I understand there are issues with slow speeds in the area you live, and we did find some errors on the tower you would be primarily using.  If the issue is still persistent, we may want to look at your handset as well and make sure that all the settings are correct and up to date.  I would invite you into our ************** and talk to one of the sales **** and do some device testing.  If you would like to talk about this issue directly, please call our Customer Relations manager, ******, at ************.

      This business was great until they decided to discontinue service in our area, gave less than a month to transition to that new service, notified in a single non-descript email and nothing else, and failed to release our names with the ********************** so that we could sign up for new service. Internet was cut while the port was on vacation for Christmas, meaning we were left without internet for multiple days. Awful experience.

      Worst cell service I have ever had. Very poor customer service. Half the time can't make a call or access data in their main city let alone the outlying areas. Their standard reply is "it is your phone not our system". How can that be when we have the newest phones that we purchased from them when we signed up for their service???
