Ordered product on November 1, 2024 for $173.04. That charged my card immediately and it is now November 17, 2024 and still no product. I have emailed them twice with no response and have called them twice and left messages. The last time(13th of November) asked for a refund, no response from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a $164 vinyl hood graphic on July 25, and the website said it would ship in 3-5 days. When I didnt hear anything by Aug 2, I attempted to reach Taco Vinyl by phone during business hours. Nobody answered the phone and their mailbox was full. That prompted me to look at online reviews, where I found multiple complaints about being ghosted after Taco Vinyl took a buyers money. That prompted me to email Taco Vinyl on Aug 2 to cancel my order and request a refund. I then ordered a new vinyl graphic from a more reputable seller. On Aug 5, I received an email from Taco Vinyl saying my hood graphic had shipped. I immediately called them, and once again they refused to answer the phone. I then contacted **** and they said the item had NOT shipped and they had no record of a shipment from Taco Vinyl to me. I then emailed Taco Vinyl and reminded them I had canceled the order in writing three days prior. On Aug 6 they shipped the order DESPITE me canceling the order in writing on Aug 2 and again on Aug 5. *** shipping said the item would arrive on Aug 9, so I left a large sign on my front door for the *** driver saying I was refusing to accept delivery. The driver ignored the sign and left the item anyway. I immediately called Taco Vinyl to request a return label so I could return the item for a refund. They again refused to answer the phone, so once again I emailed them asking for a return label. They ignored that request, so on Aug 13, I emailed a second time asking for a return label, and once again they ignored that request. At this point, I am asking the BBB to intervene to try and persuade Taco Vinyl to take their item back and promptly refund my money.Customer Answer

I ordered a "2016-23 Tacoma Pro Grille V1 'Painted'" from Taco Vinyl on 6/12. They agreed to custom paint it, which is different than the listed paint job. They charged me an additional $100, as reflected in the invoice. It was delivered on 7/3. Upon inspection I noticed at least 15 paint defects. These ranged from paint flaking off, to paint bubbled/not properly cured, to chips and scrapes.I was really disappointed by this. On 7/3 I emailed them 15 pictures of the defective paint job. I didn't receive a response so I emailed them again on 7/8. They finally responded on 7/10 and stated "I can guarantee that the paint on the grille will not flake off over time" even though I sent them pictures of it already flaking off on the left edge. They then requested that I "send an image of the side you are referencing chipping off." Again, these pictures were in the email that I sent on 7/3. I reminded them that I already sent in 15 photos AND additionally sent them 3 new ones of that area specifically. I didn't get a response, so I emailed them again on 7/12. As of today, 7/15, I still haven't got a response. I tried to call them today to address why they haven't been responding to my concerns, and they didn't answer the phone.I could have lived with most of the defects, but the flaking will surely continue to get worse, especially during washes and inclement weather.It has been over a month since I ordered this grille and still don't have a product that meets what I paid (extra) for. As we discussed before we began, the grille was discontinued due to challenges in achieving clear lines, and we mentioned that an additional charge would apply due to the extra time required. We also noted that the final product would be as described. We understand that the lines on your grille might not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making a new one to address this issue.

On June 1st I special ordered a door skin for my 2023 Solar octave tacoma TRD pro. The company told me that would be a problem and said they would send a mock-up soon. After about 2 weeks I got ahold of the company asking for the mock-up. Nothing happened. Asked again on the 26th of June. Finally was sent a mock-up which I agreed to. Once again it was going to be shipped soon. Here it is July 15th and NOTHING. Tried to call their phone number on their web site. No answer and their mail box is full. I will also add that I paid by credit care on June 1st. They have had my money since then. My order number is *****. Please helpBusiness Response

On April 17, 2023, I ordered Taco Vinyl's 4Runner TRD Pro Grille Kit, which comes in two different versions: for the 2014-2019 4Runner model years and 2020-up 4Runner model years. I own a 2014 ****** 4Runner SR5 and ordered the 2014-2019 kit accordingly. After 3 weeks, my package arrived half opened since it wasn't safely packed with packaging tape. Disappointed, I noticed that the 3M tape and the adhesive primer was missing. According to their website, the kit comes with 3M mounting tape and adhesive primer. After I got 3M Tape I started the assembly process. I realized that their upper grille doesn't fit my 2014 4Runner. After going back on their website I realized that Taco Vinyl has sent me a TRD Grille Kit for the 2020-up models. I checked my order confirmation to see if I ordered the wrong kit but it says 2014-2019 on all my confirmations, which I have on my email and printed on the Packing Slip. Taco Vinyl has messed up my order by providing me the wrong product which I haven't ordered for my vehicle. So they forgot to give me 3M Tape, Adhesive Primer, and most importantly a 2014 Pro Grille. I messaged them and received no response. I called them and no one picks up. ****** parts can be pricey and we all work hard to get our dream built. This is not acceptable.
