On October 18, 2016, BBB received a report from a consumer alleging that Boise's Best Non Surgical Lipo claimed they were licensed to perform cavitation. BBB found the business to be advertising chin lifts, butt lifts using vacuum therapy, hair growth utilizing high frequency electrotherapy, electro stimulation muscle building, non-surgical breast lifts and enhancements utilizing an unknown device, facelifts and ultrasonic cavitation liposuction. BBB reached out to Idaho’s Board of Medicine and was told that most of the procedures advertised on the company’s Facebook page would require a competency license. BBB attempted to contact the business via mail on October 19, 2016, December 20, 2016 and January 3, 2016 regarding the company’s competency licensing but has not received a response. BBB did not find the owner of Boise’s Best Non Surgical Lipo to be licensed with Idaho’s Board of Medicine. On February 24, 2017, BBB discovered that Boise's Best Non Surgical Lipo had removed their Facebook page. BBB attempted to call the business but their voicemail was full.
