Refund and Exchange Policy
Requests for any money for services that have already been completed must be sone in writing: Email with in a "reasonable" amount of time. To clarify a reasonable amount of time is NOT 2 months. "Reasonable" being with in 7 days of service. Stated in the moving contract and damage waiver. A Moving Company IS NOT responsible for "Poor, or damaged items" once we have or any of A Moving Company associates and or contractors have left the location. 

The Following items must be included in the written request for a partial refund. ( NO FULL REFUNDS WILL EVER BE GIVEN) 
1. Date and time of service. 
2. Job booked via provider. 
3. Job Number 
4. What you had requested as service and what you feel you received for service. Where we fell short. 
5. BE RESPECTFUL, any threats of any kind will not be tolerated. 
6. Any attempts to blackmail, extort or intimidate in order to receive a partial refund will be discarded immediately. Also may be subject to prosecution. 

If any of the 1-4 are not followed completely your request will be denied and no further requests will be entertained.
