    So, a little over three months ago I had gynecomastia surgery on my chest. A day after the surgery I noticed that there were no incision marks under my areolas for the masses to be removed. Frustrated I called the doctor, and he said it wasn't necessary for the incision as he could not feel the masses. I waited a couple months for the swelling to go down and just like I suspected, the masses were still there except now, they are much worse than before we started, I have pain behind the masses, and I don't feel like I can wear any shirt without them poking out. I tried to explain to them that I needed the second surgery to correct this mistake, and I needed it in a timely manner because of my rotation change at work and I would be around a lot more danger than normal (I work in a prison). I kept getting the run around from the staff and the doctor, as each of the other person kept telling me different stories. The staff told me that he tested positive for covid, and we had to push it off two more weeks. Come to find out, he said he never tested positive for covid. They are now trying to tell me that I have to pay for the second surgery out of pocket and that they never tried to do the gyno surgery. In the beginning they admitted to making a mistake and now it seems they are trying to find a technicality in all of this. There is much more so feel free to reach out to me. I paid ***** for the surgery and the vest to wear after. I only want some accountability for their mistake and to fix what they made even worse for me.

    The patient had liposuction and skin tightening for gynecomastia. No excision was planned. It was clearly communicated with this patient that liposuction was to be tried to resolve his issues prior to any excision. His gynecomastia remains. He was offered followup consultation for an excision and refused saying his work schedule would not allow ******. He also was notified he should wait to heal from the liposuction prior to proceeding with excision. We would be glad to consult him for an excisoon or refer him to another Surgeon.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    why would I go in for a procedure of liposuction when I have lost the weight before and I have achieved the same result?! My gyno is 10x worse than when we started and now I have pain behind my *******.
