    I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your dealership regarding the purchase of a used vehicle on March 27, 2025.Since the date of purchase, I have experienced continuous issues and unacceptable delays in the processing of my vehicle registration. Despite signing the necessary paperwork on three separate occasions, the dealership has failed to properly file the documents required for me to receive my permanent license ******** addition, communication has been severely lacking. My calls are frequently not returned, and I am never provided with proactive updates on the status of my paperwork. I have had to initiate contact repeatedly, and the individual responsible for handling the registration process has not been helpful or responsive.Most recently, on May 27, 2025, a courier was sent to my location to have me sign the documents again. When I followed up on June 2, 2025, I was informed that the dealership had still not received the paperworkthis, despite nearly a week having passed. This level of disorganization and poor service is completely *************** date, I have been issued three temporary permits because of the dealerships inability to finalize my registration. I have been more than patient, but this ongoing situation has caused undue stress and **************** of today, I have filed a Complaint of Dealer (Form MV-67) with the **** I sincerely hope that this action prompts your dealership to handle the matter with the urgency and professionalism it has lacked thus far.I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation that my registration has been properly filed

    Took my car there for radiator flush and a oil change and they forgot to put the antifreeze in my car and the water pump went out and the said the water pump was going out anyway even though I had it replaced 3 years ago then wanted to charge me $1500 to fix it when it was there fault what a joke admit to your mistakes and fix your s**** *** would not recommend to anyone and would rather go to **** *****

    I paid for diagnostic which they did not do they guessed threw parts at it . Charge me for a diagnostic and repair. my pickup is still not fixed . We told them what the issue was they ignore this did simplest thing they could to make the most money. The service department is a scam !
