    We didnt file a complaint sooner due to the owner, **** claiming he warranties his work and promises by him to correct the so. **** poured our concrete for our patio in 9/21. Initially we were very pleased with the work. Come spring of 2022, our happiness diminished. We started finding massive cracks in the slab. I reached out to ****, he answered my first call and requested pictures, which I promptly sent, but he never answered back again. We just wanted it repaired. Come this summer (2023) my wife reached out to him and shockingly he responded. He even acknowledged he should have called me back. He promised my wife for a month someone would come out to take a look at the cracks. Two months or so after the promise to send someone here, shockingly someone did come out. All he did was tell her it was completely normal to have full thickness cracks that run about 20 feet in various directions. He promised my wife they would work out a fix for the problem and no surprise, they never called her back. Several concrete contractors who came out criticized the shoddy work. Do not hire EW Concrete, LLC. if you want a good job done. He will not honor his own admitted warranty. There are plenty of other reputable contractors out there. He uses his being a veteran, but he screwed over this disabled vet.
