    We purchased an economical stove for our shop from Mountain Stove in '21 that has been fantastic, and the installers did a fantastic job installing it. For those reasons, when we needed to buy a stove for the house that we are building, we went back to Mountain Spa, purchased a $4000 stove, and had them install it. The installers, in general, did a great job installing the stove but forgot a couple of things: Didn't do required adjustments on the stove, didn't put braces on the chimney (high wind area here), didn't replace the pumice bricks with **** as requested, and forgot to bring and install the optional blower kit. Not to worry, the manager HIMSELF and a certified stove inspection specialist came out IMMEDIATELY and remedied everything for ** and did a great job. I'm certain the installers received an 'educational' conversation on the missings ... but no big deal. Because the manager is so awesome, we're not worried about the details ... we'll go back when we need to. They do a good job on chimney sweeping too, BTW. 4 stars instead of 5 because the installation took 2 trips and a complaint call.
