    I would of rated my current residence a zero!!! Unfortunately thats not an option, but a 1 is fair because aside from the fact my main issues have been maintenance! The property is old and the maintenance *** *** is pretty descent! See my maintenance man pretty much resolves a lot of issues in my unit but unfortunately my bathtub keeps backing up and me and my 3 teenage boys are left up to our ankles at times sadly in our own filth!! The property manager ****** is very much a liar with an unpleasant attitude!!! Yup shes been lying before I moved in and I was warned! She lied and told me the filthy looking carpet in my unit would be replaced with new carpet and I did a walk through on my move in date 6-15-2018, and it wasnt! My former landlord gave me an extra to stay in my rental and so I told ****** I would like to be reimbursed for my 1st, last, and security deposit totaling $2,979! She turned around and 30 minutes after our conversation told me that the unit would have new carpeting throughout and Id need to wait until 7pm that day to move in and unfortunately I made a bad decision! ****** is the reason Im looking to ************** for at least 6 months of past rent that Ive paid while experiencing uninhabitable living conditions! Such as lack of running water in both my bathroom and kitchen! And a bathtub that backs up to our ankles while showering! Im also aware that this property listing 4554 w 122nd in ***** is a government property which does assist ********** families with rent, however I pay my rent independently! I hope no one has to be overwhelmed with this property as Ive been!
