      I went to *** because I had my air conditioner serviced and he told me eventually I will have to replace it because it requires freon. Otherwise there was nothing wrong with it. Since *** had a special I requested an estimate. I specifically told ****** the sales person that I'm only replacing my unit because I don't want to get stuck with having to find freon that's off the market and since they have a special BOGO see how much it would cost. He gave me a good price and I said ok. They came and pulled my unit out and put the new one in then as I was talking to the technician about not having to worry about freon he told me basically this system is similar to the one you had it still required refrigerant. He said I was wondering why you were getting that unit. Found out the one I wanted comes out next year. So basically I could have waited had I known.*** has very good technicians but there customer service is horrible. I would have a least given them a 4 star. Kudos to ************************************* and ***** and ************ Now the sales person ****** made a mistake with my request and owned up to it. My complaint is with the office person *******. She was very condescending and patronizing. I told her I wanted to talk to someone higher than her because I didn't like her tone and she replied they are only going to come back to her which made me feel like even though ****** made a mistake I was suppose to take it or leave it. She actually told me I had two options keep the system they put in and pay for it which it was not what I requested or they will put my old system back in at no charge to me how's that for customer service. if something goes wrong when they put my old back in it's my responsibility. I am more than willing to pay for what I requested but I feel they should meet me half way since their service tech made the mistake. I am 71 years old and I was told not to do business with *** because they are terrible now I know why.

      It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the refrigerant that is currently available and the refrigerant that is being phased out. Your request to have the cost of the unit reduced based on the refrigerant topic is not something that we would be able to honor. We did work diligently to handle this situation and provided fair and equitable options. We are disappointed that we were not able to come to a resolution.

      I would give them a ZERO if I had the choice. They take advantage and mislead the consumer by quoting the job after they survey the situation. I had an electrical short with my back up generator smart module that cut out the well pump. they spent 10 minutes surveying after I troubleshooted the problem was not the well pump. The technician made it sound more serious than it was assuming this will take a while to fix. it took 15 minutes It took longer to write the invoice than fix the problem. End up being equivalent to $575 per hour. Very misleading to the consumer. I would suggest that if a price is quoted negotiate based on a fair hourly wage.

      ************************* was an outstanding service technician on June 17th. He went above and beyond explaining all my plumbing issues with a "how to" set of instructions for me to maintain good plumbing conditions in my condo. He has a 5 star rating in my books.

      I believe that I was charged far more than other local plumbers for a recent, previously scheduled (non-emergency), toilet installation on 05/18/24. After my installation, I contact three licensed plumbers servicing the ******* area and received quotes that are 1/3rd the price that I paid to **** even with my ************** discount. I have called multiple times with no response from the Customer Concern team. I had hoped that *** might issue a partial refund or at attempt to retain my business, and their lack of response is very disappointing. I have since canceled my ************** subscription. Similarly, *** didn't even inquire as to why I was cancelling.

      My Furnace was out and *** Plumbing (*****************, **.) came out to fix it. They were fast to respond and installed the new furnace the same day. My issue was the price. The Carrier Furnace they installed model # **SC0B110M21--20 has a list price of $2,995.00. The total bill from them was $10,700.00. Labor is included, but I feel they took advantage of a Senior Citizen. I will never use them again.

      I do not recommend this company. Technician offered us a service membership which may be cancelled within a certain period of time. Signed the contract, however on the same day I called the technician to cancel it. He did not tell me to call their office to confirm my cancellation. My credit card is being charged the monthly membership fee. After verifying with the ********** I was told that the cancellation was never entered in their system so they had us sign later a cancellation form. We never intended to use their service for this membership and so I asked to have the charges reversed or refunded but they refused. I wasted so much time disputing these charges which I believe should never been charged to my account. Technician told us we need our furnace replaced right away but after checking with another company, we were told that our system is not as bad as the technician was telling us. RL

      They charged $ ******* for replacing 40 Gal. Water Heater which is available in stores from $800-1800. When I requested them to give me details of this amount, like products charges, sales tax and installation charges, they did not.

      We appreciate your feedback. To be clear we are a flat rate company, therefore everything is included with one price. Should there have been additional work necessary there would have been no additional charges.  *** does not itemize, as all is included. The price also comes with industry leading warranties and guarantees. When you purchase a water heater from the store the only guarantee you have is that you are able return it and receive a refund.       I highly recommend that no one use **** I have been dealing with *** for the last few months, and have had nothing but bad experiences. Below is a summary: - ************* tech sent out was rude and sexist. Consistently questioned my age, and whether I was the homeowner.- When it was time for furnace tune up, I was no showed on by one tech the first week. I was then no showed on again by the second tech at the rescheduled appointment the second week. - When I called *** about sending someone out, the customer service person was very rude and belligerent over the phone, threatening to cancel my appointment entirely. I found out I needed a new furnace and AC, so I scheduled *** to take care of this as well. I had even more problems: - When trying to get my AC onto my roof, the techs broke my neighbors window. They then took almost a week to get the window repaired, and would refuse to give me or my neighbor updates - When installing the furnace, they did it wrong and it caused a gas leak in my home. Though they did send a tech out to fix this, a gas leak is HUGE DEAL - myself and my neighbors could have died. Since all this, I have been trying to work with *** to receive some sort of discount due to their negligence. It has now been almost three weeks, and I am being blown off constantly. Do not EVER use this company!

      Thank you for sharing your experience. I do apologize for the scheduling issues. We take accusations of rudeness extremely seriously and will investigate this claim internally. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and want to remind you that every person who works for *** is background checked and drug tested and also held to the highest professional and ethical standards  However, to be clear things did not transpire quite the way you present them.

      Our technicians did break your neighbors window. We are all human and humans do make mistakes. I was in touch with your neighbor and the landlord of that unit through its entirety.  As well as following up after the fact. We boarded up the window immediately and took all necessary steps to get the window fixed as quickly as possible. It is disappointing to learn that your neighbor chose not to share that information with you.

      All of this equipment is combustible and we test for gas leaks upon completion so if there was a minor leak it may have appeared after the fact and we came back out immediately to rectify. We will always return and fix the issue. 

      Regarding a courtesy compensation I have also been in touch with you and keeping you informed of the discussion on your request and confirmed approval. I did send an email last night advising of the full refund amount. Currently I am awaiting your response. Please let me know how I can further assist. have a wonderful day and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

      Gave my elderly mother my credit card to pay for a washer to be hooked up and they ripped my mom off! They charged ****** to take off 1 hose and hook up 2 hoses to an already fully functional , not leaking laundry area. We couldn't get the one hose off was the only reason *** was called. He used oil and got the stuck hose off, it took him under 30 min to do all the work.we were charged ****** which when we called *** they said it was error, the plumber used the code for hook up washer and dryer, which still seems extremely high, but yet they only refunded ****** to my card. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY.
