      If you're in the market for HVAC services, steer clear of **** My recent encounter with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. From their unprofessional conduct to subpar workmanship, every aspect of my experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly urge you to explore other options for your HVAC needs. *** falls short in every regard, and engaging their services is a costly mistake. In simple terms *** gets an F! Nearly a year ago, we made the regrettable decision to entrust *** with the task of upgrading our home's furnace and air conditioner. Initially enticed by their purported financial deals and the enticing promise of swift, top-quality service encapsulated in their tagline, we eagerly signed up. Little did we anticipate the ordeal that awaited us. It's been 11.5 months of frustration and disappointment as we grappled with the aftermath of our association with **** Never in my lifetime have I encountered such a blatant lack of competence and regard for customer respect across multiple departments within a single company. Throughout nearly a year of dealing with ***, we faced the frustration of having multiple technicians visit our home without clear objectives, endured repeated failed inspections without explanations, and received communication from *** only after being threatened with noncompliance fees, all due to internal departmental issues. Despite promises to fix the situation, we experienced four more unsuccessful attempts, with technicians disappearing mid-job, leading to our final appointment requiring extensive coordination and multiple days off work to address lingering issues from the original installation. Despite these challenges, not a single *** representative was aware of our struggles, underscoring a severe lack of internal communication within the company, and unfortunately, no one from *** ever reached out or apologized for the communication failures and overall ordeal.

      Don't even think of calling them for Anything! They are the worst con-artists. I had to have a tankless water heater Replaced. I agreed to have them do it. My first mistake. It cost a fortune when They added additional things on that Didn't need to be replaced. They will Take advantage of your ignorance. They have zero conscience about doing So. This happened in 2023. It will take Me five years to pay for it. I absolutely Despise this way of doing business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

      Criminals, illegal, immoral people. Charged me ****** for new air conditioner. Has not worked from moment of install 3 ******* ago. Absolutely the biggest felony I've seen in my life.

      Charged my mother $950 for a 20 minute plumbing issue. (We saw when repairman came and left on her cameras). We called *** the next day for an explanation and was told that someone would call back ***** hours later. No call. So we called again 48 hours later and was promised again to get a call. No call. At first glance, their reviews are good but if you check out other reviews- ******* Yelp, BBB, it tells a different story. PS They respond to negative reviews like they want to talk to you, but they have my number and have NOT called me.

      Con Artists. We got absolutely reamed by **** Charged my wife $4200 to replace a small section of drainage plumbing while I was out of town. Probably 10x what it should have costed. Dangerous to even consider calling these guys because they techs will sweet talk you into forking over a fortune.

      *** came after we called when our hot water went out. I was out of town and they pretty much told my wife we needed to replace our tankless system for $25,000 (no actual breakdown of the cost - **** appeared to pull a magic number out of air). The other alternative was to order parts which they told could cost thousands of dollars and take weeks to get the part in. They also tried to sell my wife a warranty while getting us to replace the system - we just wanted to get the hot water back on to bathe our 11 month old baby, not be sold warranty packages when our hot water was off! I balked when my wife told me on the phone that they were recommending replacement of the entire system. She ended up calling another plumber who charged us $500 to replace a single part. These guys appear to have a predatory pattern of replace everything instead of actually taking time to figure out the cause of the problem. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. Please look elsewhere for your plumbing needs- this company is dishonest and their employees (like you, ****) should be absolutely ashamed to work at this company.

      Let's start by saying I had been a member for well over four years. I had ************ come out to investigate a basement toilet that was backing up every time I used my basement washing machine. After their initial failed attempts to fix the issue, I was told that they would need to send a sewer technician out because they couldn't fix the issue. They couldn't fix the issue and tried charging me ~$888. When the sewer technician came out, he also could not fix the issue but charged me again and said another sewer technician would need to come out! After multiple attempts to get in contact with someone who could help sort out the pricing issue at the ** office, I was forced to wait three days and I had to call the office again to remind them that I was waiting for someone to call me back. But still, I was told no one was available and I would need to wait for a call back. Today they text message me at 11:58am to let me know that a technician was on the way to my house and would be there in ***** minutes. After waiting 75 minutes, I called the office back. I learned that they re-routed the initial technician and that I would need to wait an additional ***** minutes once a new technician was dispatched. At that point it was too late in the day, I had appointments I could not miss, and I could not move forward with the appointment. Meanwhile, I have a completely unusable bathroom and a washing machine I cannot use. I asked them for an email address so I could report the incident myself and they refused to provide me with any other contact information. Please, please, please! DO NOT LET *** ROB YOU! They use predatory pricing and loan tactics and should not be in business.

      The Technician, Zak S, estimated $1800 to replace a sump pump in my basement. This is an outrageous price. I have been a loyal customer to this Company for several years and am a Member. I will be canceling my membership and looking for a new Plumbing service. Based on terrible pricing and no consideration for loyal customers, I Do NOT recommend using this company.

      I originally wrote a review 3 years ago. Now I want to add my latest ********************** to other potential customers out there. Call ANYONE but *** Plumbing!!!!!! My pipes have been frozen for 3 days, so we have been without water for 3 days!!!! I had an appointment for yesterday & no one showed up!! I rescheduled for today. It is now after 2:00 PM & no one has called me. I called *** to check on the status & the young girl hung up on me!!!!! I called right back & a man by the name of Rustus answered the ********* told him the girl just hung up on me!! I said is that the way *** conducts business??? He apologized & said he would talk to some of his people!! He said you are still on the list for today. I said that is NOT helping me!!!! I've been on the list for 2 ******** have a confirmation number for the appointment! Yet, still no one shows up for a senior citizen. We have been overcharged on jobs they performed 3 times. I have complained to the supervisor, *******, & the first time she gave me a $100.00 gift card. Big deal!!!!! Do yourself a favor, call anyone but ***!!!!!! They will rip you off while smiling at you!!!!! Don't be gullible like I was!!!!! Do your research; but don't use *** - not even if they offer dog walking services!!!!!!

      My son hired *** for electrical work. I had read bad reviews, but did not communicate them soon enough. The work they did did not pass city inspection. Efforts to get them back to make things right have failed over and over again, to the point now that the original permit has lapsed and the town is going to start fining them until the work is completed correctly. They are told by *** that the contractor that did the work is no longer employed by ***. Apparently they may be willing to come work on fixing things IF my son will pay more money. As far as I am concerned, they were overcharged to begin with! Over priced, the final price charged was higher than the original estimate, communication has been impossible.....I would not recommend them to anyone. Family will be contacting a lawyer to see how to get this issue resolved asap. They can't afford the fines the city is imposing on them due to *** not doing the work correctly and it's unwillingness to fix it for them.
