      Matrix did a great job with our basement renovation! Very upfront and always was willing to answer any of our questions. Looking forward to enjoying our basement with our kids!

      From the sales meeting to the final inspection day, everything went smooth. The matrix team was great to work with and all of the subcontractors they used were professional, kind and responsive. Great experience and our basement looks amazing. Special shout out to *****, ****, ************************ and *** on the matrix team!

      Overall, the experience with Matrix was great. Special shout out to ***** and his partner as they did fantastic carpentry work, ***** and his partner were great with electrical & ***** and his team were phenomenal with all the drywall. A few hiccups along the way as a potential code issue wasnt identified nearly as early as it should have been, however, ****** and *** were able to put our mind at ease if anything arose from inspections. *** and ****** were great with communication throughout the process, never going more than 24 hours without a response. A carpet installation up charge was disappointing as it wasnt known about ahead of time and didnt appreciate the carpet installation owner insulting me after having just met me 10 minutes prior, but I cant fault Matrix for that. Its worth noting though that the carpet installation crew themselves were great - would certainly recommend Matrix to others but with any company improvements in certain areas are needed.

      Our home was purchased as new construction and completing the unfinished basement seemed overwhelming. After a neighbor had a great experience with Matrix, we explored working with them, took the plunge and are grateful that we did. Matrix provided us with a One-Stop-Shop for a very complicated project. Their in-house design team started with our ideas and then came back with recommendations that improved the outcome. The project management team kept all of the trade teams moving like an orchestra conductor, kept us informed throughout the project and effectively dealt with the inevitable curve-balls that arose. Bottom-line, I would work with Matrix again and will recommend them to family and friends.

      Reliable, fast, amazing service with a masterful team of tradesmen. They did a brilliant job with our basement reconstruction following a flood we had. We had been burned before with other contractors that overcommit and under deliver. Matrix Home Solutions truly delivers one their promises and great company all around. ****** our Project Manager was best in class in terms of the degree of professionalism and integrity he offered. They provide you with peace of mind. My wife and I highly recommend them. The whole team worked very hard and fast to keep on schedule. I truly believe they are the gold-star standard for all types of basement projects. Call them and set up an appoint you wont regret it.       Great company to work with. Their contractors are professional, helpful, polite and competent. The matrix office is well organized and on top of everything. *** has been a great project manager. Would recommend!

      Our experience with Matrix was good. We had a basement that needed demo but was mostly bare concrete floor and ******************* went smoothly and each trade cleaned up the job site daily. Overall communication with this company was good. Any issues were handled thru email via the Builders app and were responded to within a reasonable timeframe. ********** our assigned project site manager was in communication the entire time and any question I had he was quick to respond. He kept us informed of any potential delays and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The Buildertrend App made it easy to communicate with the Matrix team and stay informed on the subcontractors schedules.Overall, just a great experience and I like our new basement.

      This company is so great, and so easy to work with! My basement was so awful and gross. I was a little nervous starting this project, However after meeting initially with ************ was 100% confident in the choice I had made. The overall communication with this company wonderful! I spoke with ****** a few times in regards to emails I missed and she was so quick to respond and helpful. *** was the best he was the one actually overseeing the project, he was in communication the entire time and any question I had he was quick to respond. I highly recommend using them for any gross basements that need a facelift! Oh the best part organization of the company. They use this super cool app that give you a daily schedule and they post daily log pictures, so you can see the progress on the entire project and what to expect day by day. Overall just a great experience and I love my new basement.

      Great experience. Construction went smoothly with each trade being respectful of our home while working. They cleaned up daily and removed construction debris regularly. The ************ app used by Matrix was ***** for seeing the schedule and communication with the Matrix team. We are very happy with the results and with the Matrix team.
