      I used Matrix for a bathroom remodel and was very satisfied with the work they and how the completed job looked. They were attentive to details, put down ground cloths to protect my rugs and cleaned up everywhere they worked. When they finished they took the time to review any questions I had and how the new shower should be cleaned and maintained. I am very happy with the job they did

      Our experience with Matrix has been excellent. Starting with the initial sales appointment with ****, and continuing throughout the project, the Matrix teams performance has exceeded my expectations. ***, our project lead, has been great to work with. He kept us informed of any potential delays and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The Buildertrend App made it easy to communicate with the Matrix team and stay informed on the subcontractors schedules. I highly recommend Matrix to anyone who is considering finishing or remodeling their basement.I am 110% satisfied with the professionalism of our project lead *** and the quality of work completed by the whole Matrix team!

      We just had our basement finished by Matrix basements and we were very happy with the process start to finish. ****** was our project manager and he was great. He called us and kept us up to date on everything that was happening and stopped by quite a bit to check on things. Matrix has an app for your phone with a calendar which shows you exactly what days workers will be in and they stayed on schedule. The app also shows you your payments and has all your documentation included. All the guys who came here to work were very polite, professional, clean and did great work. I recommend them!
